We’ve stayed at the apartment during Annecy Animation Festival and the stay was just amazing! The apartment is clean, very well furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable. The host - Virginia - was super helpful and kind! A highly recommended place to stay!

The apartment is in a perfect location to explore Annecy, we did not need to use our car as we either walked or cycled everywhere.

I liked the location and the wonderful Virginia who was of great assistance and support.
The lake is only 7 min walk from the apartment and there is a super market nearby where you can buy all what you need.
The old town is also 10 min walk from the location. This recommended for families with 4 members.

Location was excellent, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the lake (120 metres).
The apartment block was well looked after and very smart.
The facilities in the apartment were first class, everything you could possibly need and all of them were practically brand new.
The small garden area (apartment is on ground floor) was a bonus to relax in with a sunlounger and chairs and a table and chairs to eat outside as well.
The host Victoria was brilliant, she couldn't have been more helpful.
Nothing, it was perfect.
