I stayed in the condo with my multi-generation family. The property was nice with great gulf views. The location is okay, but you must drive to most places because there is not much within walking distance for food/entertainment.

The property is amazing with all the things to do on site and in the area. Beautiful view from the room. Plenty of space. My concerns were it wasn't very clean, we washed the floors ourself. Washer and dryer did not work well at all. Had to run both twice sometimes. Pods didn't work. The beds only had sheets, there were no blankets in the unit so bring blankets. Sofa sleeper was not comfortable.

This was our 2nd year to stay in this condo. It was wonderful and fits us wonderfully. Ice maker was broke but I called and they came the next day and fixed it.Charlotte does a great job of helping you. We love this place!

We have stayed at many different Phoenix properties over the years, but this condo was by far our favorite! It was clean and beautiful!! The view was amazing and the condo was spacious with gorgeous private balcony’s off all four bedrooms! We will def be booking this rental again!

Our stay in July of 2023 was excellent. The property and amenities are great. Unit is beautiful. A few items are in need of repair or maintenance. Otherwise, perfect.

Very spacious and very nice layout out, but the condo was very dirty . We found potato chips under the edge of the bed in the master bedroom and dried up sandwich meat in the couch when we was putting the bed out . We had a great time in the condo ,but the cleaning of the condo needs major improvement

Overall we had a great time as always at Phoenix West condos. We have been coming to this location for ten years and every condo we stayed in (4 bedrooms) was perfect for our family. Beautiful condo

We were there last year and decided to bring our family this year. There something that needs some repair. One bulb in the bathroom keep blinking so we took it out, some of the dresser are in need of knobs or some updating and the double bedroom needs a dresser. Just some update.

Thought the host of this property was not doing her job. Asked several questions before we got there. She didn’t respond a lot of could have been handled before we got there. Great property. Just dirty. Floors are filthy. Not by looking but walk barefoot and there black instantly. Under the beds under the couches. Looks like they have never been moved. Only reason I noticed I dropped my pill box. Not a good idea. I’ve maker was filthy. Asked about she ignored me. So had to wait til Mon to get it fixed. Only other thing is more cooking utensils. If a family wanted to cook it would be hard to. Few light bulbs out no big deal bathroom vent didn’t work but not big issues

No curtains in main room which caused the tv to be useless due to sunlight until the afternoon. Stayed at Phoenix West 3 times before and all condos had curtains. Bar icemaker filter needed to be replaced, disposer did not have a guard cover, fan light over bed in king room did not work, exhaust fan in double br bathroom did not work, food left in fridge, dirty sheets, dirty toilets, dirty king shower, dirty floors kids had black feet, rug near tv was full of dirt, cabinet doors in kitchen were filthy, and shower curtain in first room fell down was not anchored. Left message with Mrs Roberts, no reply

My family has been going to Orange Beach for almost 10 years and we have always stayed in the Phoenix Condos - West, West II, V, and Orange Beach to name a few. We are familiar with the layouts and options as compared to other condos. This one failed to meet our expectations. The housekeeping staff is doing a diservice for the owners - our feet were always black from the floors, crumbs in the cabinets and drawers dust on the furniture, and stains on the comforters which did not look to have been washed in between stays. The condo in itself needs a lot of maintenance done to it as well. The beds in the room with the two full-sized beds are barely staying together - literally, a rail was lying on the ground under the bed and I had to caution my kids to get in and out of the bed gently as the headboards did not feel secure. The handrails in the bathrooms were bent/broken and some of the hooks for towels were snapped off. The views from the condo are gorgeous - the east-facing units are the best for sunrises and cool evenings to enjoy dinner on the balcony. If the above-mentioned things were taken care of, I would definitely consider staying here again, but not until the housekeeping does a better job and maintenance services the condo.

The condo was the perfect size and had all of the amenities that we expected in a vacation condo. The condo was not as clean as we usually expect especially in the master bedroom bathroom. We will certainly stay there again if its available.

I asked to have bucket and mop and I would do myself. Just nice to go barefoot in the evenings and there was no way. We were there 20 minutes upon arrival and the kids feet were charcoal colored.

The view was AMAZING! This unit was on the 23rd floor and you could see miles and miles of beach. The Blue Angles flew by one afternoon and felt like they were right at eye level. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out. Each bedroom has their own small balcony which was nice to open the door and hear the waves crashing at night.
The only negative was the ice maker in the beverage center was not working. Although we were able to make due with the ice machine in the refrigerator it would have been nice for the extra ice.

Extremely easy to rent. Cost exactly as advertised. Communication with liaison was prompt. The outside property accommodated all ages. Elevators were no problem for our stay on the 23rd floor. Security was seen throughout the grounds.

We are local and book A LOT at the beach throughout the year and this is the first time we have ever had this bad of a stay for me to write a review like this.

Wonderful People
We came to the Phoenix to get out of the way of Hurricane Ida. The process was so seamless and the lady was so helpful to us. I would recommend this company and this particular site to anyone

Water is going down between the sink and the counter into the cabinet below. Need more oven mits or hot plates. Only had one. The master bedroom I could not adjust the fan speed. The air conditioner is absolutely wonderful. Kept the place very cool. Loved the balcony. The ice maker was a plus used it all the time.

We loved the windows, but they were so dirty with handprints. We loved the bedrooms but found lots of trash. Pop bottles under the bed, hair ties left by others, sock under master bed. The comforter in the room with two beds had white crusty stuff on it. The Floors left our feet very black on day one. I contacted the property manager about this and her reply was "Thank you for letting me know. I will let the cleaners know what our found." And No one ever came by to actually clean. We were there for a week and not even an offer to have someone clean.
