The condo was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view on balcony during all times of the day. We enjoyed relaxing pool size as well as being right on the beach. We walked many nights no more than a mile to dinner. We also easily walked to ride golf carts and play mini golf. Don’t forget to visit Pier Park for dinner and local shopping!

Although this is my 4th time traveling to Panama City to attend the Seabreeze Jazz Fest, this the first time I have booked a condo through Greta’s Beach Rentals at Ocean Reef. The 5 of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom condo and the location was perfect for most a 7 min drive to Pier Park, several nice restaurants within walking distance and for shopping there is a Wal-Mart and Target minutes away. We found Greta’s Beach Rentals so accommodating. We had a very large 8 seater rental vehicle and they provided the best spot for us to park. We also had an issue with our TV..not being able to locate a particular channel and after making a phone call they called us right back and talked us through and the issue was sorted. If we return next April we will definitely request Ocean Reef 2101 if it is available. I need to add that the security and maintenance staff are very friendly!

5 of us came for a few days of sand, sun and friendship - Ocean Reef did not disappoint! Accommodations were spot on right down to the Keurig AND a separate coffee maker for the less fussy in the bunch! We had all the kitchen tools we needed and plenty of room to stretch out. We spent 75% of our time on the beautiful patio or beach! Lovely view!

We did not stay in this unit -- Greta's had to move us because of a water leak into a different building. We were about an hour away from PCB when the rental company called and had to change our reservation. What could have been a disaster for us and our employees (this was a business retreat) was saved by Greta's flexibility. Honestly, one of the units we were moved to was awful, but the second unit was fantastic! We could leave some critical feedback about the bad unit (the construction noise and the never-ending alarm panel in the office adjacent to our condo were absolutely TERRBILE distractions), but we made the best of it. And I am not even sure those noise complaints are Greta's problem - the condo leadership really didn't seem to care we were renters, instead they were focused on their year-around tenants. Point is, Greta's did a fair job of moving us and tried their best to make the trip a success. And for that, we have to give Greta's four stars. The condos we stayed were at Tropic Winds. Condo 702 gets five stars - it was modern, flawlessly clean and quiet. Condo 806 (the room were shifted to) gets three stars because of very dated furnishings and the non-stop construction and alarm panel noise. We will book again with Greta's -- they were great, but Condo 806 at Tropic Winds needs a major overhaul by the owner. And the Condo management office next door needs to learn to be considerate of all guests by silencing alarms rather than letting them sound all day (and night)

The place was beautiful and just what we needed. The pictures do not do the spaciousness justice. It was very clean. We did have an issue with the tv volume, but I emailed them and somebody was ready to fix it within 30 minutes! The place was pretty high up and we liked it because you can see all kinds of marine life from that high up. Also the location was great because it's not too far from anything! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Memorial Day Memories
The condo was all that was advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was very spacious and well equipped. My children and grandkids enjoyed themselves and we plan to stay again in the future. The whole rental process was a breeze along with support while there and checkout was easy as well. We had a good time on our trip. The condo had a great view. The bedrooms are a little 's like they used the square footage meant for 2-3 bedrooms for 4. The kitchen was well-equipped and showers were nice. The tub was pretty dirty...black scale from dirty feet on the floor that we scrubbed. The condo is in need of a thorough deep clean but I think that is to be expected during the busy summer season with all the sand and quick turnover from week to week. It wasn't extremely baby friendly but was great for our 6 year old. The worst part was the parking. There was never enough room in the overflow lot for the extra cars. When you have 8-10 people, you are going to have at least one extra car. The parking garage is tight for big room for stuff on your roof really. I think the parking situation should be laid out more clearly for potential renters. The elevators had several problems during our stay. I think 3 is not enough during such a heavily trafficked time period. We enjoyed the beach service and the extra beach stuff provided in the condo. There is a lot of fun stuff to do in Panama City Beach but we will most likely stay closer to Destin in the future. PBC seems to be a little bit dirtier on the beach and there was more partying and heavy drinking going on. This condo was average to us based on 5 other stays at different condos over the last 15 years.

The condo is nicely decorated, but there were several house keeping problems that led to irritation. The condo was not cleaned well. The floor had not seen a mop in a long while. There was a hair ball in the master shower drain. The cooking utensils had to be washed before use due to food debris being on them. Several light bulbs were out and no overhead lights were working in the second master bedroom. All of the beds slept somewhat comfortably except the main master with the balcony. My family vacationed with my parents who slept in that bedroom the first night. My father complained about the bed so much, my husband and I switched rooms. That bed is the worst bed I've ever slept on! The location of the condo was good as it was a little ways away from the main business area. The parking was awful. We have a full size pickup truck and couldn't park in the unreserved parking space on P-5. My father traded parking spaces with us (he had the reserve spot at P2-16, which was a good spot until someone else parked in it. We followed directions and left a note for the owner to remove it and contacted security. Security attempted to contact the violator, but of course they didn't. I contacted the rental company and they offered the office parking space on the first floor but our vehicle wouldn't fit in the space. The violators vehicle was never moved. this forced us to have to park across the street which was the overflow lot. This was very inconvenient.and aggravating. If the owners would fix these minor issues, I believe the condo would be one of the best on the beach.

This was the third time we have stayed at Ocean Reef but the first time in this unit.The unit was very nice but was not as clean as some of the units we have stayed in. The parking situation was a huge dissapointment. We had 3 cars with us and it was very difficult to go in and out. i do not think we will be staying at this property again.

We love staying at Ocean Reef. This was our third time renting with Greta's Beach Rental. They are easy to work with and the condos are beautiful. We were a little disappointed in our unit this time as it wasn't as welcoming as the previous two. No beach chairs, games or little extras in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but not enough pillows (they were flat and only 2 on a King size bed). Also was a little run down looking but great view to watch the storm come in. Love the beach and pools. We will rent again, but probably another unit.

We have stayed with Greta twice now, and both were very good experiences. The staff was responsive and helpful and the condos were both beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the deck and one day even saw a very large stingray. THe only downside was the guests in the condo directly above us were very loud at night all week, making it difficult to sleep.
