Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr gute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren etwas unflexibel und wenig Hilfreich bei Fragen.

it’s the second time that we spent our city break at Bristol and it was excellent! the room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely we view! the breakfast was delicious. The ladies from the reception were very kind and helpful. They booked as a visit to the Cricova winery and they held us with a surprise for our friend that was celebrating his birthday. we have a bottle of wine with compliments from the hotel. we travel with a 15 month old baby and we had all the facilities we need. so we can say that is a baby friendly hotel. we will definitely come back! thank you so much for making our staying so pleasant.

Breakfast was perfect. Location was also perfect. They upgraded my room and this made me so happy. But water leakage from bathroom to room carpet. I informed them. All was super instead of the leakage and humidity smell due to this.

Great location. Rooms are spacious bright and clean. Staff are friendly.

Sound insulation is terrible! Noise seems to travel through the vents so I could hear quite clearly even the smallest noises from at least 3 different rooms.

Everything in the hotel was absolutely amazing!

The only thing is that it was quite stifling in the room. Everything else was perfect.

super clean and friendly staff

central location, friendly staff. Receptionist Kristina was very professional and helpful. Nice pub at the 5th floor with range of sport channels. Nice, big and clean room. All in all total impression is very positive and I definitely would choose this hotel again.

However bed was slightly hard, as well as provided pillows.

Right in the city center, close to important touristic spots and good restaurants (we recomand Fuior Restaurant, just across the street - traditional food but in a fine dining way). The rooms are huge and clean, with big confortable beds and an amazing view (we stayed at 9 and 11 floor). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Delicious breakfast, a variety of foods, sweets and drinks. For 2 double rooms we payed a good price.
