La presenza della vasca idromassaggio in bagno. Tuttavia l’idromassaggio era rotto dunque inutilizzabile e il tappo della vasca anche dunque una volta riempita la vasca non si poteva svuotare e strasbordava allagando il bagno.

- colazione scarsa e quasi esclusivamente salata (non c’erano neanche cornetti o croissant di nessun genere) e nulla per vegani. Io non posso mangiar latticini perché allergica nè carne dunque non ho potuto toccare nulla. Ho chiesto almeno del latte di soia, ma mi e stato negato. -la stanza scarna e quel poco di arredo malandato o rotto. - porta del bagno rotta e dunque perennemente aperta. - vasca rotta e quasi inutilizzabile. - la donna mora con capelli lunghi e truccatissima alla reception sgradevole e scortese.

Das Frühstück ist für so ein kleines Hotel und diesen Preis super ! Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht sehr gutes Englisch, die Lage ist ruhig.

Warum gibt es nicht einen Duschschlauch in der kleinen Duschkabine und keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Duschartikel ? Die Dusche ist relativ hoch in der Wand fest installiert, nichts für kleine Menschen ! Zimmer 210

Very clean and modern room with cool pre-2001 decorations/paintings

Nice stay. Comfortable. The staff was very nice. They let me store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. Safe a quiet neighborhood. Good breakfadt

Air Conditioning didn’t really work, but it wasn’t a problem

High-standard hotel at a good price for travellers. Good location for a city break with central attractions c20 mins walk away. Interesting features like the upstairs penthouse rooms with massive walk-in wardrobe. Staff were helpful, looking after bags before and after our stay, and accommodated us for an extra day’s breakfast (for a good price) on our early arrival on our first day in town.

Occasional dated/broken fixtures (electric curtain closer not working, cracked toilet flush panel etc), but these didn’t detract from a great stay.

Great value for money, clean rooms and friendly stuff.

Everything was fine :) very good balance between quality and money

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for me.

The internet connection was very unstable in the building. Fortunately I was in vacation so I didn't really need it, but I'm not sure if this would be the proper place for someone working remotely.

2 girls ar the reception were kind, smiling and helpful, the 3rd one, absolutely not..

First of all: This is NOT a 4☆ hotel, but a max. 3 one!!! Biggest cheat: NO SPA at all!!! The rooms are Ok, however there was no heating at all for 2 nights, very hard matrasses and pillows, struggle to sleep! No elevator, small corridors and steps, hard to climb. The breakfast very poor and same every morning, no restaurant, no bar, could ask some drinks but no snacks, peanuts nor chips etc..

The room is large, spacious, clean and comfortable.

Even with the heating turned up to maximum N. 5, the room is still cold;The ventilation fan in the bathroom does not work.

Too loud. You can here every conversation and loud music all day and we'll into the night. The shower also broke while I was there throwing water all over the bathroom.

We had a single room and then the apartment for two sharing. The single room was clean and comfortable but small. The apartment was huge! it had areas to sit and a table so we could sit down after a day of work together to deconstruct and talk together. Perfect hotel for us.
