No maintanance for the building, pipe fittings are broken, electrical items are outdated, good room with poor maintance☺️

I didn't like the cleaness of the room, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom was dirty too they advertised 2 king beds. but the second was to full bed matterses in the floor

The only positive thing about the hotel was that it had an elevator and the helping two young guys in the front desk.

The hotel is not even worth a star. We contacted the hotel via Mail before we arrived at the hotel but did not get any responses. As soon as we entered our room we were nearly shoked on how dirty the room was. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty, in the bathroom were used soaps and in every corner you'll find dust and dirt which was disgusting. We told them to clean and they brought us bedsheets and towels which were again dirty. The old guy on the desk was unfriendly and the cleaning man came to our room (we are two girls) without asking us and beg for food and drinks. The universal charger in the room was not working correctly - we asked for another one and they simply told us no. But the shock was when they came in the late evening like 11:30 p.m. at a time we were already asleep and knocked hardly on the door and woke us up to tell us that we didn't pay correctly (because of their fault)... I mean could that not wait till the morning?

most of the furniture is required to repair or replace. WC item was damaged .

The wifi going off for most of our day 2 with no communication or bother to inform us of any progress of sorting out the matter Dirty cutlery Room telephone didn't work Had to ask for literally everything we needed in the room No coffees or teas provided or offered TV did not work Room was booked and payed for two guests but only supplied one of everything (cutlery, towel, soap, shampoo, crockery) etc Card machine never worked which made it an inconvenience as had to go walk to the nearest ATM Customer service was almost non existent
