old renovation, poor quality of furniture and plumbing, faucet in bathroom was broken and wasn’t fixed during stay

Room was large and comfortable, checking in online was easy. Great spot to relax after seeing all the sights of Prague

Little bit out of the old town district

Location is great, few mintues from I.P. Pavlova station. Room was pretty spacious, also bathroom unusally comfortable size for Prague hotels. Quiet place to rest in the middle of busy city life.

Communication prior to arrival was annoying at some point, recevied numerous messages about prepayment requirement which was not agreed in booking confirmation in a first place. This felt a bit stressful as possible cancellation was conditioned by prepayment that I was not able to submit via booking anyway & same kind of message again on arrival day when I received link for payment to be done by 6pm despite my confirmation of checkin in advance to be around 6pm.

the price was reasonable and the location was ok

lack of staff. room was not clean. bed and pillows were uncomfortable. loud environment. poor check out experience.

They staff was very friendly and great to work with. They let us leave our bags for a few hours so we could see the city. The room was big and clean.

The location is great - really close to the centre, lots of good restaurants, cafés... Also, the apartment looks really luxurious, especially the bathroom.

The website says they have parking - which they don't, and as there are also not many parking garages nearby it turned out to be quite a problem. Overall, the apartment was a bit dusty, and cold as well. We turned the heat up but somehow it wasn't much help.

Spacious room

Hotel which is actually is not a hotel but apartments. Therefore no breakfast, no service like in the standard hotel, the same for the services. Just two old houses with flats rebuilt into apartments. It does not comply with 4* hotel. On the booking.com, there is written "Soundproof", but you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms.

staff was vert helpful and friendly

Good location, clean room, daily room service, the room was quite big. Good value for money.

The pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The TV set is also kinda old, we couldn't connect netflix or screensharing, we were limited to the a number of available channels.

Everything was excellent with this place! The room was very spacious and clean. Strategic location, close to the city centre and only 10 minutes walk to the train station. The host was also super nice and helpful. Made our stay very enjoyable.

Location was more local than old town and had some great cafes nearby. Room was spacious. Bathroom was good. Quiet.

Quite warm at all times, woke up feeling dry. Lacked atmosphere. Reception was a bit messy, not a great first impression.
