Good location

There were no blinds or curtains in the window of the main bedroom therefore felt we had no privacy and awake early as so bright. We were met with a poor response when we complained to reception, who told us that "the photos on booking.com clearly show there are no curtains or blinds in all bedrooms" This was most definitely not clear. The majority of the photos on booking.com were not even of the apartment we were given. We also felt that the door to the apartment was not secure when locked.

The location was perfect, just a 2-3 minute walk from the old town square. The apartment was huge, so much space and we made use of the kitchen facilities. Would definitely stay again if there is a group of us going

There was only a fob on one set of keys. One night a few members of our group were locked out of the room as they needed the fob to get up the stairs. This was resolved after some time, but it would have been avoided if there was a fob on the set of spare keys.

Once at the apartment location was good. Not far from public transportation. The place was clean and tidy.

Didn't like that check-in was at one location and had to walk another 5 Mibs in the rain to get to my apartment🫤

La ubicación es fantástica, está todo cerca y que la recepción esté enfrente. La amplitud del apartamento y la luz de los ventanales. También la temperatura interior.

La puerta del apartamento está muy oscura y necesitamos la luz del móvil para abrir por la noche. La bañera es muy alta y nos obligó a ducharnos todas en la misma ducha. Los bordes de las camas en madera dificultan la salida de la misma. Las sillas del comedor no eran cómodas ni seguras. Los techos que son altísimos, tienen telarañas. También a la salida en el servicio de guardaequipajes, te exigen moneda extranjera (5 euros/maleta) y además tienes que llevarlas tu misma a la otra calle a un hotel que las guarda. El wifi tenía altibajos y el banco de la cocina estaba deteriorado.

Otrzymaliśmy nie ten apartament co zarezerwowaliśmy. Zdjęcia na Booking nie przedstawiają tego apartamentu. Dostaliśmy też duży ale nie ten co chcieliśmy.

proces check-in

The apartment was immaculately clean - spotless! Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you could possibly need. Very grand decor, lovely chandeliers in every room! Each room was bright and airy, plenty of storage space, we were only here for 3 night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too.

- The showers could have had anti slip mats and a handrail for safety ( they were a wet room style design, with no grip in the tiles). The showers also drained slowly, so needed to leave some time between people showering to avoid flooding the bathroom. - The king beds had two single mattresses together rather than one large mattress.
