the property was very small

The house is clean and nice. It is like you are staying at your own house. We even did some cooking and the house is equipped with proper cooking utensils. The stove shows it is old, but it is clean. There is a small tesco nearby with walking distance. They neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

Smaller than I anticipated - basic facilities

Well equipped lil home from home. Pleasantries such as tea, coffee, shower gel, toilet roll etc a thoughtful touch, very useful for when guests first arrive. Location great, close to the air base, town centre, and a tesco express within walking distance. Private drive for free parking and a private garden for somewhere to sit out. Communication with the host great. Easy to access and check in was smooth. Would definitely check availability if visiting Bicester in the future. Was very suitable for the 3 of us for a weekend stay.

The only negative we found was the floorboards was very creaky and loud when anyone was walking around the upstairs.
