Incredible experience! Fantastic staff. Loved the organized daily trips! There are multiple a day. Great amenities. Shout out to Resort Manager Edoard and his wonderful staff, especially Janix, Anton, Carryl and Jann. Also do NOT miss out on the spa. Make a reservation as soon as you get there with the front desk. Probably a top 3 massage of my life.

All. Quality resort and environmental preservation. Snorkeling was fantastic ! Food, kindness of personnel. We loved the place, the facilities and the staff.

Weather ;-) rain and wind but that's life Way to come in via el Nido then near airport then go back to el Nido a bit complicated and long. Why not a regular stop in el Nido and airport ?

Villa was fantastic. Big, nicely decorated with enormous bathroom. View from the Beach villa was amazing. Very few guests everywhere, felt like you had an Island by yourself.

The food was not top of the line. Quite a lot that was out of stock. Also got food poisoned.

Fantastic setting and facilities. Staff was courteous and attentive.

Suboptimal WiFi in some of the public areas such as the pool and restaurant. Occasional lapses where the operator number wasn’t answered promptly or at all such as when trying to get bags to check out. I think your tour descriptions and help should be more specific in letting guests know how to dress and what specific activities are involved. Will I be wading in the water to disembark from the boat? I would have wanted to know what sites I can visit — caves, lagoons, snorkeling experiences, sister resorts. Can I tailor a tour/rent a boat for a specified amount of time? It wasn’t clear.
