Great breakfast and comfy bed. Close to entertainment venue where I had to go.
You might need to have a look at the fan in the bathroom that keeps making a grinding sound at random times- even when not switched on.

Evelyn and Terry were so welcoming and friendly. The property had everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed, plenty of breakfast food, good wifi, spotlessly clean, good location. Will stay there again soon.

This is not a conventional B&B but a separate unit with bathroom, bedroom and separate sitting/breakfast room with its own outside access. The things set out for breakfast were excellent. The location could not be more convenient to Perth airport. Parking was easy. ADDED BONUS there wasn't the dreaded doona.

VERY clean. Lovely facilities.Big variety for breakfast - a wide variety for you to make your own. We were impressed with the effort for environmental sustainability. We already agreed to come back next time we are in Perth. Please support small businesses like this during Covid.
