Great location, nice room, breakfast nice, quiet accommodation (despite being on a busy street). It's small and friendly - all of the staff seemed nice.

Very nice hotel! The staff was very helpful and nice, we checked in earlier since the room was ready. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay more next time! The room was great, beautiful and had everything we needed : AC, refrigerator, safety box, tv, closet, a little desk. The hotel arranged a private taxi to the airport which was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was amazing, many options and the food was delicious!

A cozy hotel with friendly staff. We've enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanness of the hotel. The hotel was also close to the touristic hotspots, either a short walk or a few metro stops away.

Excellent central location for getting around Rome. Spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff.

The location was just perfect! You could walk to the best monuments in the town and you felt secure.

There were no towels in the room and nobody was there after 9 to give us one! So we had to share the towels among the three rooms we had.

Due to Covid, breakfast was made to order and brought to our room. A couple people in our group had passport and credit cards stolen in the Metro, and the staff was outstanding in their willingness to help with the situation.

The friendliness of the staff, the local neighborhood of Prati, the proximity to the Vatican, and the quality and conform of the room.

The breakfast is below standard. There were only three good things about the breakfast: (1) it was always delivered on time, (2) the fresh fruit salad, (3) and the fresh eggs. However, everything else is of very low quality. The bread is below standard. The powered milk is terrible. The "expresso", "cappucino", "americano", and "milk chocolate" drinks are horrible. I tried them all to see if there was one I could drink but this was hopeless. Facing the street, I bought freshly baked high quality and inexpensive bread in the local supermarket. It is really a pity that the owner of Vatican Suites has decided to go for the bottom line on the choice of bread and powered milk. There is no excuse for this type of choice for the price being charged.

Perfect for a quick break to Rome with my daughter. Great location for all the main sites with everything within walking distance as long as you don’t mind walking a fair bit. A tasty breakfast was brought to our room each morning with a selection of croissants, yogurt, ham and cheeses, toasts and egg plus more and teas and coffees. Spotlessly clean. Can’t fault it really

The rooms were absolutely perfect usually they are never the same as in the photographs but these rooms were and more and they were spotless which for me is a massive thing.

Breakfast area extremely tight for space but I suppose it is adequate and I should have told them that the transport they arranged for me from the airport to the flat was horrible a small Citroen which was NOT clean and it was smelly and horrible the driver didn’t even know where we were going and it cost 55 euros I booked one on line for the way back which cost me 45 euros and was a Mercedes and was immaculate and the driver was very good.
