The apartment is very well located near the river. It was easy to park in front of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and organized with some gifts that made the experience even better.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment during our visit to Porto and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. Situated across the River Douro, it offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. It had easy access to all the major attractions, as the tram runs on the street just in front of the building. Plus, the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with a great atmosphere. Our biggest challenge, though, we’re the stairs. It was like the equivalent of 3 flights until you could get to the main area. we happened to have a lot of luggages and we had a pretty difficult time getting them all up. But upon entering the apartment, I was immediately struck by how cozy and inviting it was. The decor was stylish and modern, and the space was impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and a dining area that we took full advantage of as we enjoyed meals together. The bedrooms were spacious and boasted comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The hosts, Ricardo and Teresa, were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They provided detailed instructions for check-in and promptly answered any questions I had throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. They even provided us with welcome drinks (Port wine of course!) as well as cookies, coffee pods for the nespresso machine and other useful stuff. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. It ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and style.

Great hosts who really went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The beds were really comfortable and the location was good too.

You can hear every noise from upstairs and the shower leaks a bit, but I guess that is to be expected from and old building.

The apartment was clean, modern and contained all the facilities which we required. The wine and sweets on arrival was a very nice gesture. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions which we asked. They even arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport.

Nothing, apartment exceeded our expectations. Felt like a home away from home.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Teresa and Co left us croissants, juice, coffee, cookies +. Location was very good. The apt has a nice angled view of the river and it is a pleasant, level 15 minute walk to the lower historic part of town.

No air conditioning. They provide fans but even in early October it gets hot and stuffy in the apartment at night w the shutters closed. We had 3 nights of restless sleep as a result. We had a bit of a debate w the landlord over the air conditioning. They said it was not on the listing. When I pointed it out, they blamed Booking.com.

Excellent communication, easy access and beautiful little touches by the owner. Had a fantastic stay!

The apartment was beautiful, clean,tidy, worm and cosy decorated with spectacular view to the river.. Teresa and ricardo were very kind and available for all our requests and questions. We had an amaizing stay ,Highly recommended !!!

The hosts were super and let us into the apartment early to leave our bags. It was clean and spacious and wonderful location.

We would like more than one pillow each to sleep on and the air conditioning unit was a little noisy.

Location was great - has a river view and within walking distance of main city sights, the port wine cellars, and restaurants along the river. The tram runs right in front of the apartment. It was also just a short drive from Matosinhos. The hosts were great - they helped arrange for airport pickup service and, even provided some nice port wine and some cookies as a welcome gift. There was always public street parking available across from the apartment.

Perfect location to explore Porto. Everything is in walking distance. The architecture of the apartment and the view of the river is really great.

If you arrive by car, try to avoid the exact address and driving directions of your Navigation system, rather navigate to the large street directly on the river. Parking is a bit tricky, but possible.

Well designed and furnished. Good comms with owners. Nice walk to downtown.

Lots of steps would make it not suitable for older visitors

Owners was very helpful and we enjoyed the stay specially because its close proximity to river.23 June celebrations and fireworks were at walking distance.We forgot our keys in the apartment.Ricardo helped us promptly.Highly recommend.q

A closet for storing clothes would be usefull.

This apartment and its beautiful views are definitely worth the price. Everything was perfect, from the decoration and details to how well equipped the apartment is. Teresa and Ricardo were 100% available for anything that we needed and made us feel at home. Location was good, 10 min walk from the city centre.

It's not in the city centre and Oporto is quite hilly so the location might not so comfortable for seniors or people with mobility difficulties.

The view was fantastic! the apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people.

Bed was really comfortable. A clean and nice designed room as you can see from the photos. Tiny balcony, nice view from the window. The heater worked quite well. The location was great, quite area, but with short walk and you are already in the city center.

Cleaning lady arrived an hour earlier than our check out and was quite pushy. We still went for a quick walk but when we came back to check out, she almost didn't let us use the bathroom. Overall it was nice staying there, but it completely ruined our stay to be kicked out like this.

Being first flat upon entering building, there was constant stomping up and down the stairs and hear the people upstairs all night, pacing about up till 2ish in the morning and starting 7am, not great if you want to sleep

It was a really great stay in a cozy, beautiful appartement, overall well equipped. We slept like angels thanks to a big, comfortable bed.

ONLY thing we missed was a little oven (only microwave available), apart from that also the kitchen was perfect.

So sweet and beautifully designed, so much light and had so many nice things. The bed was really comfy, there's a huge shower, loads of kitchen space, a lovely balcony overlooking the water and a nice kitchen table and breakfast bar. There were lots of things like tea, coffee, nespressos, little biscuits and lots of information about things to do and places to eat in Porto. We were met by the lovely host who showed us the apartment and gave us the keys, it was really easy. Great location, just a little bit out of the centre but a beautiful walk along a road with lots of amazing Porto-esque buildings on one side and the river on the other. We come to Porto sometimes and we have definitely found our new place to stay!

Clean, bright and fancy place. Really nice owners with warmly welcome (Porto wine and cake). Great view to the river and the other side of the city. Kitchen has enough stuff for a longer stay. The whole flat is really clean. In 2-5 minutes walking are cool restaurants.
