The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the cute balcony to sit and watch the sunset on. just lovely!

Although there was a nice selection of tea and coffee (and sugar), there was no milk or milk substitute provided, which actually prevented me from enjoying my usual morning cup of joe. But everything else was great!

the apartments are large, well equipped, clean, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. the owner is responsive and ready to help. Breakfast is sufficient, it is prepared by an employee and you need to pick it up in another building. The complex has parking, good area.

On the Booking website it is written that the apartments are beachfront, in fact, you need to walk 1.5-2 kilometers to the beach, depending on the beach. To one of the entrances to the beach, walk 1.5 kilometers and there is a pedestrian road. It is 2 kilometers to go to the second beach, and there is no pedestrian road, in fact, you need to go through the field along the roadway. Buses do not run regularly, and if there is no application that tracks transport, you can wait for a bus for a very long time. The owner offered to take a taxi, but in this case, you just need to write it on the Booking website - the apartments are located 1.5 kilometers from the beach, it is possible to get there by taxi or private car. In general, it is not a problem to walk, but when you see the Beachfront sign, you understand that it is very close to the beach. For young people this is not a problem, but for older people it is quite difficult to walk 2 kilometers one way under the sun. I picked up a photo of the apartments from the road that leads to the beach, where you can see, that the apartments are not beachfront

The location is great near the Ancient port, shopping center, and Sdot Yam water sports (all 5-minute drive away). The pool is also nice, and the gym and tennis courts are excellent. There is plenty of room for younger kids to play on the grass and different playgrounds on the facilities. The ziplines and "rock climbing" are for young children, and definitely not teenagers. The complex itself is many apartments with shared facilities. Some people live there, and others own apartments that are rented out. The owner Miri is very helpful and brought some treats for the kids on arrival, and also called us prior to coming to explain what to expect. There were also some snacks which was delightful.

An extra 150 shekels is added for cleaning and on top of that VAT, which is only shown at the last stage of ordering if you catch it, and in the email confirmation. After that, there was a 50% cancellation fee, so it was not worth it to cancel. The toilet doesn't have a proper door that locks, which can be uncomfortable for some. The air conditioner isn't easy to program on room temperature, so it was either very cold with it on, or hot with it off. It would be nice to be provided with extra blankets to start with so that you can cover up if it's too cold. Setting expectations about these issues would be a good idea.

It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely setting. Very tranquil. The master bedroom has large windows looking out at the garden and the sea. I loved sitting on the terrace looking at the trees and the sea . Great location. Only minutes from Caesarea National Park.and several excellent kosher restaurants. The hostess, Miri, is fantastic! She goes out of her way to help with anything you need!

The apartment was small. The second bedroom was so small that the bed took up the whole room.! There was no closet, no night table and no room for any.. It had a tiny window into the hallway. It is really not suitable for an adult.
