It's really close to An Bang beach. Private pool was really nice. Staff are helpful. Our room was really big.

Everything is a little dated, definitely need to upgrade the furniture. There is partying near the beach and unfortunately you can clearly hear it in the room.

We loved staying here in a room with a private pool. It's a short Grab ride to anywhere in Hoi An. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

The best place I have stayed in Vietnam. Big rooms with balcony. The owners are very accommodating and helpful and do a great breakfast every morning. The property is located just 2 mins walk from the beach, and only a 10 minute Grab into Hoi An old town. Kim is also a tailor and made me 2 really high quality suits and a number of shirts for great value which she can ship back to Europe for me so I dot. have to carry for the rest of my trip. Could not recommend this place more highly.

As others have noted, the name is misleading as we understand that is a replacement property for the original sea view bungalow but we were aware of that before we booked. It was about 5 mins walk to a lovely part of An Bang beach and close to Hoi An

Very cosy and clean room, helpful service and wide offer of breakfast which was delicious. The room we had was exactly the same which was booked by booking.com. POLECAM ! :)

The name of hotel is a little bit confuse, it's not directly next to the beach, its about 200 meters distance away

looks like the owners play with customers. while you book you might think you’ll be very close to the beach. in fact there are2 properties (one is close to the beach and the other is absolutely not). Even address on my booking.com was wrong. I used booking.com GPS coordinates and Taxi brought me to the beach property. Then I had to call the owner. Resulting on a motorbike ride to the other property. Not funny at noon with 35 degrees Celsius. After this strange experience the owners did everything to let me enjoy the place and all went well and I finally could enjoy my holidays. So the Villa property is on the beach and bungalows doesn’t… Motorbike rental is expensive and motorbikes not reliable. Brakes and lights not working properly expensive tailor with so so quality

The staff were lovely and home cooked breakfasts were great. The swimming pool was really clean. Having said this, it is NOT near the beach.... 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. It is also NOT a bungalow.

The whole experience was something you would dream about getting whilst in Vietnam. Not only is the location great and quiet, you can walk straight out of your room and 7 steps to the beach. It's an all in one stay, you can have home cooked meals ( which are delicious ) also, have any type of professionally made tailored garment made. I had six shirts made which the quality and workman ship is second to none. You can also hire a motorbike from there, the main town only a 5/15 min ride away depending on chosen route. Kim is an excellent (honest) host, I would highly recommend staying there whilst in Hoi An.

The beach could have been cleaner. If all the persons that have an invested interest there got together to keep the beach clean in the surrounding area, it my opinion, it would be more appealing. Nether the less, I would still go back based on the host ( Kim ) and the location.

Beautiful bungalow just metres from the beach. Such a quiet and peaceful location. The owner Kim is so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again

Beach front room was stunning. Quiet, and the beach was clean. Great value for money and a lovely couple running it. I even got Phuong to tailor make me some shirts and she did a great job. She does dresses too for ladies. Fantastic place. Highly recommended! Ben

I never though beach front bungalows that were not hidden in fancy resorts were possible in Vietnam, so just the location of this place is already a winner. If you want seafood, ask the lady to make you a meal. She'll buy seafood fresh from the boat early in the morning for you.

Amazing bungalows with the best location and incredibly kind staff. Very clean rooms, good quality of serving. To Hoi An just 5min by cab. Highly recommend this hotel. Worthwhile every single penny. Thank you guys for everything! :)
