Room, pool area, staff, food, location.

Really comfortable, clean. Pool is very nice. Food in the restaurant was good.

It was great location for our needs but for some tourists it might be a bit out of the way.

Pretty nice and neat design hotel with beautiful front garden and backyard. You will feel cooler around the pool-beach area during summer time. Staff are amazing especially Mr. Cameron ( F&B Manager ) is always be around to support you during breakfast.

The service was world class. Great food and close to the beach and beachside bars. There is a free shuttle to town and back each day, but if you need a cab, it'll cost you 5-6$ AUD. We would stay there again, especially at the rates we paid. And for once in Asia, the beds were really comfortable (we don't like mattresses that are hard as cement). We'd stay there again, subject to the air-conditioning issue mentioned below. Management and staff went out of their way to look after us.

When we were there, the air-conditioning in the restaurant and bar was not working. There were just fans. This may be OK in winter, but the heat in Hoi An was oppressive when we were there. This is why we rated the facilities as a 4, not 5.

Sehr großes Zimmer und schattig Pool freundliches Personal

Kein echter Zugang zum Meer. Man hatte die Möglichkeit kostenfrei in den Beachclub gegenüber ins Meer zugehen. Kein schöner Strand!

Rooms were nice. But ac in room not working. Beach was accessible. Cycle were provided free.

Location - far from town and other markets AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN ALL ROOMS. Felt that the AC capacity was far less then the room size and hence cooling was not happening. Staff were not very accomoditive - they did not accomodate or specific breakfast requirements even though we had informed in advance Pool was not operational They write private beach in their description. But the private beach is located far off with having a shuttle to take.

Good breakfast, a short walk to beach and a good pool. Shuttle to town via beach was a great option An excellent part of town away from the busy centre.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage war für uns optimal, da es direkt am Meer liegt, einen schönen Pool und kostenlosen Strandzugang beim Strandclub (Pool und Liegen) hat, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind diverse Restaurants. Wir konnten kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen um die nähere Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr guter Service, riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Zimmer sind elegant & modern, aber auch klassisch zugleich. Auch das Freizeitangebot mit Pool, Gym, Massage und Shuttle wussten wir zu schätzen. Es werden im Hotel Shuttles angeboten um nach Hoi An Altstadt zu fahren, zurück geht es relativ früh, daher haben wir immer ein Grab Taxi genommen. Wir können es 100%ig empfehlen!

The staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was very good. The shuttle was helpful. Beach club across the road is a lovely place to enjoy the beach.

Pool was a little small, but they have a deal with another facility across the road which we used and it was an incredible pool right in the beach front .

Fint ställe. Mycket trevliga rum med balkong. Poolområdet bra med solstolar och poolbar. Fantastiskt duktig personal på spaavdelningen. Uppmärksamm personal som alltid mötte oss med ett leende. Schutell in till gamla stan gratis.

Matsalen fungerar bra för frukost. Ej inbjudande för middag, ingen mysfaktor. Den måste göras om så ni får betalande matgäster. Dåliga cyklar för utlåning. Svårt att kommunicera med personal, så dålig engelska.

The hotel and its staff were great.

The location is far from town but we know that. It’s more the surrounding area looking like a war zone. The beach club and beach is not where you want to swim.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Restaurant extrem sauber aufgeräumt und gut klimatisiert mit Decken Ventilatoren. Das Personal ist sehr versiert in allen Fragen und Empfehlungen zu den Speisen, die die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllen einem fast jeden Wunsch.  die Dame am Empfang sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Bett für Kinder oder interessierte Erwachsene jeden Tag ein neuer Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nachmittags Angeboten Hüte bemalen Insekten aus Bambus basteln und ein kleiner Sprachkurs, Vietnamesich.  für Kinder sehr empfehlenswert. 

Leider ist der Fitnessbereich im Keller gelegen und aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit und Teppichboden aktuell kaum zu benutzen. Vielleicht ändert sich das noch in Zukunft. Dies wäre wünschenswert, weil der Fitnessraum an sich sehr gut ausgestattet ist.  Man könnte den Strand etwas mehr aufräumen und an den Naturschutz denken. Es sind sehr viele Plastikteile und Flaschen wahrscheinlich durch den Sturm vor zwei Tagen angespielt worden. Dennoch würde eine Säuberung das Gesamtbild deutlich verbessern. Vor dem Hotel liegt eine Rohbau von einem Hotel, was wahrscheinlich in der Bauphase stecken geblieben ist.

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the intense noise and tourist feel of Old Town. Cua Dai beach was so calm and the hotel facilities and local shop owners around the hotel were so kind and helpful. On our first night we had a family room booked (2 queen beds). The room was great but unfortunately we had the sound of dogs barking all night long. The next morning we asked if it was possible to move rooms and the staff kindly upgraded us to a family suite (2 connecting rooms) overlooking the pool on the 6th floor. This was perfect! We had an amazing week of relaxation, enjoying the Wyndham pool and facilities and also walking across to the Silk Beach Club to use their pool too. Linh on reception was so kind and welcoming. She did everything to make us feel at home. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed it every morning. The waiter staff encouraged us to try local dishes and they were delicious! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

Great hotel for our 5-nights stay in Hoi An! 3 mins walking distance to the beach and free bikes you can borrow to go around the area. Rooms are clean and quiet - perfect to relax after the day out. Upon check-in we were told we have 1 free transport to anywhere in Danang, so we used that to get us back to the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Will come back for my next holiday in Hoi An 😃
