Fantastic and convenient location - almost unbeatable. Close to eateries, transport options and easy access to most places in the city. Quiet street. Wifi connectivity is good too - good enough to do video calls.

I don't think my comment should be seen as a "don't like", but more as a "good/need to know". It is important to note that this is not a hotel. These are a set of aged / mature private apartments that have been repurposed to a 'serviced' apartment. As such, expect the staircases to be narrow, and the general look and feel to be diff to a new/newish commercially run setup. Very good for singles / adults - but would probably rethink if i had to travel with young kids.

В ванной комнате иногда видели тараканов, но это обычное дело для Индии. Завтрак ориентирован на локальных туристов, только индийская кухня и нет возможности выбора. Жена у меня не смогла его есть, так как было слишком остро. Я есть мог, так как люблю острые блюда, но мне было невкусно. Также они не дают на завтрак никаких напитков, есть только кулер с холодной/горячей водой. Чай, кофе и сахар надо покупать самостоятельно в магазине. Время завтрака хоть и было заявлено как интервал, в итоге приносили всегда в определенное время ближе к началу интервала. Встал позже - ешь холодным. В общем, лучше бронировать номер без завтрака и организовывать его самостоятельно.

Good service, good housekeeping, breakfast was healthy

Clean, hospitable, in a great neighborhood, good breakfast.

The attitude of the hosts Kanaga and Doniya was very good, receptive and helpful. They offered a late check out to us without any hassle and helped us in finding out our way in and around Adyar. Thank you very much. The coffees were served to the rooms in the morning.

Not much options in breakfast

Everything was excellent and well managed. Very accommodating staff with polite and helpful attitude. Location is excellent in a quiet residential area. Would definitely recommend.
