الطاقم الذي يقوم بتنظيف الغرف لا يجيدون عملهم حيث يقوم بنظافة في وقت المساء وهي وقت راحة قيلولة ويقومون بسحب الماء المتجمع من الحمام وترتيب السرير فقط وحمل سلة المهملات ولا يقومو بتنظيف ارضية الغرفة
دورات المياة وهي التي جعلتني محبط للغاية الحمام يتجمع المياة بالاسفل مما يتسرب الي داخل ممر الغرفة
عدم تكييف القاعة السفلية ونظافتها

Staffs were so calm and composed, they took good care of guests. We have been asked regarding our comfort regularly to make sure everything was well.
Sometimes our call to in-room dining service was not picked up . We need to call one touch service and they have responded immediately and connected us to in-room dining service.

Chef Mumtaz was very attentive and helpful when I mentioned that all the food had too much chilli for me to eat. He ensured that I got something to eat.
1. My room had a left over kathi roll in the study table drawer that had been lying there for I don't know how long. When housekeeping came in response to my complaint, they picked it up but didn't clean the drawer! The drawer had some liquid that had leaked from the kathi roll.
2. A glass in my room was dirty

Only the Location was good
Everything was wrong from checkin to checkout, stay not coordinated with front desk, lifts not working hassle affecting working lifts, unclean, pillow covers from last stay left in room… i prefer not to stay here next time… hungry for money wen they know due their inefficient management everything went wrong with our stay.

it was very clean, breakfast was delicious (best masala dosa), beds very comfortable
pool could not be fully used due to children’s swimming school occupying the whole pool most of the time.
parents of kids in swimming class filmed the whole time (us as well!!) and occupied all sunbeds and removed our belongings on the sunbeds without asking.
staff didn’t manage to bring and restock pool towels.
