Very clean and well maintained, the pool is great.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors expect you to be quiet as well.

The pool.with lilo / The balcony / excess towels and sheets / view / excellent location close to beach. Would definitely recommend it to someone wanting a holiday in Ashdod

Struggled with one shower. The furniture on the balcony was not at all clean and very dusty . (downstairs and most important the kitchen was clean ) Would have been nice to have more than one key to the property so that when we went out separately there was no Need to coordinate return

Pool is nice.

The place is not clean and needs serious cleaning and refresh. The main dining room has all kinds of old staff ("hidden" in the plain sight along the stairs) that simply needs to be thrown to garbage, like the old and stinky queen size mattress with stains all over it. Bathrooms (sigh!) - on the first floor is so tiny, a grown up man will not fit in it, has no window or ventilation, both bathroom doors have no locks whatever.

It was not clean.
