Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti. Appena arrivati abbiamo subito capito che c’era qualcosa di strano, dal momento che avremmo dovuto effettuare il check-in alle 15, ma a quell’ora ci hanno detto che la camera non era ancora pronta e che dovevano ancora “pulire” il bagno. Ci hanno comunque consentito di entrare in camera per vederla e sistemare le nostre cose. Entrando in bagno c’era un forte odore spiacevole, apriamo la tazza del water e… sorpresa! Il water è pieno quasi fino all’orlo di escrementi e di varia sporcizia (terra, legno?). Reprimiamo l’istinto di dare di stomaco e chiediamo subito spiegazioni al personale, dal momento che ci sembra ben chiaro che il bagno non sia da “pulire” ma da AGGIUSTARE, essendo palesemente male otturato. Ci dicono che in paio di ore avrebbero risolto tutto, quindi usciamo a goderci il mare e torniamo dopo aver visto un bellissimo tramonto, speranzosi di poter utilizzare finalmente il bagno della nostra camera. Una volta entrati, troviamo effettivamente tutto pulito, gli escrementi non ci sono più, ma un dubbio ci assale, e proviamo ad usare il water. Ovviamente, lo scarico non funziona. Riparte la giostra. Cerchiamo qualcuno del personale (da notare che in questa struttura garantiscono servizio reception 24h, ma ci sono MAI, quindi per richiedere la loro attenzione devi chiamarli a gran voce finchè qualcuno di loro non si palesa e tentare di comunicare con loro, visto che non parlano bene inglese), che ci dice che avrebbero risolto il problema quella sera. Un po’ demoralizzati, andiamo a cena, torniamo e incrociamo un ragazzo del personale che ci dice che non è stato possibile aggiustare il bagno e che ci avrebbero provato il giorno successivo. A questo punto, chiediamo se possono spostarci in un’altra camera e ci rispondono che non ne hanno nessuna disponibile. Contattiamo quindi booking, chiedendo aiuto e di trovarci una soluzione alternativa.

The design of the room

no water, no electricity, no AC, no internet, no sleeping, no bathroom, no showers, what was the purpose of staying here? They got confused and gave our room to someone else, so we couldn’t do our check in until 3 hours later.

The service is pathetic. AC not working. Fan given broken. No proper TV, internet. There no restaurant in the villa. Food also limited option. Breakfast is included but only 1 dish per person. I should get refund for my stay

I liked the staff, excellent breakfast and lovely sunsets on the beach.

I would choose a different hotel in the future as I want to have more options for restaurants and shopping. It was however very quiet and nice. The staff was really lovely but struggled with their English unfortunately. For information the water level is very sensitive to the tide. In the evening the water began at least 100 m out and you have to walk there on sharp rocks and corals. This seems to be all around Gili T however and not only on sunset beach area.

Friendly staff, nice pool and comfortable room. A stone throw away from the awesome beach and other entertainment. Great sunset spot too!
