music too loud in dining area - not great choice of music for eating times

The property was well located, walking distance from shops, restaurants, museum, temples, amazing spas and parks. Room service was provided daily, staff was very well mannered and even our 2am checkin was well received.

Kiskenda is very well priced - rooms are very clean, pool excellent. Great staff, location, breakfast. Staff very helpful in organizing hiring a scooter and organizing transport to my next location.

I loved everything about this place! Extended my stay by 3 nights because it was so nice. Female solo traveller and I felt so safe here! It would also be ideal for couples/families. great location, lovely restaurants near by but just down a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of busy Ubud. Great shower. Great A/C. Rooms were cleaned everyday - place was spotless. Wifi worked great for me. Lovely breakfast. Lovely staff. cannot recommend enough!

I loved everything!

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was also very clean. The location was great as it was in the middle of Ubud with lots of restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning keep turning off on one night, don’t know the reason. Might need to have a check.

Very friendly staff. Large room. Lovely tropical gardens and pool. Good on-site restaurant which is open all day. Quiet location at the lower end of Jl Bisma.

Nice big bed but mattress was much too firm to be comfortable, especially for a long stay (9 nights). It prevented us from getting a relaxing sleep. The included breakfast was good quality but small portions.

I like how the staff are nice and helpful 👍 ☺️. They clean the room nicely every day 😍

There was a big gecko which made a loud noise at night. I couldn't sleep because the sound was too loud , it seemed like the gecko was holding a microphone. It is just my experience. The cottage was pretty good.

The room size was great, the second floor view. They cleaned the room daily and I liked that. The pool was super nice and the restaurant too (I ate for breakfast the same two dishes for 10 days, because I liked them so much). Amazing and kind stuff.
