The location was great and the apartment was a good size.

The apartment wasn't clean and lots of cockroaches, both dead and alive. The shower head kept falling off the hook when used and other persons bathroom items were left in the shower. The smart tv was a good size but was limited to very little channels and you couldn't find the hdmi cord. There was no amenites (milk, tea, coffee).

Is wonderfully located, cleaned. only a couple of hundred metres from a main attraction on Hay Street and with all CBD's views. More or less, it is in the city centre. Very big TV, kids enjoyed to watching movies every evening.

A couple of things which we already discussed with the property owner.

Location was great, main reason we picked this apartment.

Car space was very tight, my commodore barely fit in, had to let everyone else out prior to backing it in. Couldn't open drivers door to get out if pulled in forward. There was a long hair on the shower wall, there where hairs in the bed, the top of thr fridge looks like it's never been wiped down. I would have assumed the apartment was cleaned prior to our checking in but after seeing this I'm not so sure. The neighbours above and beside were quite noisy, banging doors quite alot.

Two bedroom apartment in a good location, near the WACA and CAT (free) CBD bus routes in East Perth. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Secure carport for small to medium vehicle.

I have stayed at over 60 properties through booking.com and I don't like to give negative feedback unless it is necessary. Unfortunately, I have to do so on this occasion as it is one of a very few reservations I have made through this site that I regret. This is someone's apartment, an Air BnB type letting. I didn't realise this when I booked and I would not have made the reservation had I known. Upon booking I received a very, very long instructional message from the owner/operator regarding how to find and access the property, how to operate the door lock, garage and wifi. It contained somewhat stressful messaging regarding potentially withholding a deposit in the event of excess noise or any damage, despite the fact the apartment had considerable damage to it (carpet, walls) when we arrived. With young children, I felt I was on eggshells the whole time. While this messaging was comprehensive, I don't like to read pages of instructions while on a break and feel like I'm in someone's way. The owner was responsive through WhatsApp, but this did not alleviate concerns. I even had a note that garbage goes out on Tuesdays and I had to get the bins out. There was also laundry (linen from the last guests) on the clothesline and personal effects stored in the bedroom. I also found it quite uncomfortable as there were no windows within the living space, besides the glass slider at the front, which is covered by a large blind that you tend to leave down as it looks out the front. The apartment appeared to be quite clean, but as this is someone's apartment in a residential complex, unfortunately, there were issues, noting a strong smell of curry throughout and even some critters around - we saw in a cupboard, where the rangehood is in the kitchen, several cockroaches that started scattering around when opened.

Living hall no air conditioning. Though provided a portable heater, but not able to warm up the entire space during cold night
