The Villa is a very nice, comfortable, clean villa. Lovely decor and all appliances that you need. The owner is a lovely persona d very very helpful.
There was 6 adults and a toddler on our group. Everyone was happy with the accommodation.
It was a bit far out and the walk into town would be too dangerous for me as I have walking difficulties. But an Uber is only €4.45

We stayed at Abilios villa for a week with my parents and our two children who are both under two. Abilio was an excellent host - he made us feel very welcome and was so helpful in advance of us arriving. He provided two travel cots which were set up on our arrival and two highchairs. He also set up a large paddling pool for our little girl. The villa is really big and even nicer than in the photos.
There are two different routes to walk into Alvor which takes around 30minutes. One of the routes is much nicer and Abilio let us know this.

Excellent villa, no uninterrupted sea and cliff views but you know that already by looking at the map. Loads of space (9 in our party fitted in easily).
