La struttura è in una bella posizione in mezzo ai campi ma purtroppo i muri delle camere sono sottili e in camera non si respira la pace che ci aspettavamo. Nella nostra stanza le zanzariere erano rotte e non chiudevano bene. Nel bagno cieco l'aspiratore non funzionava. I prezzi dei teli per la piscina ci sono stati detti una volta usati. La ragazza che ci ha accolto poco professionale.

Mooie accomodatie, gunstige ligging voor Matera en andere leuke plekjes te bezoeken

Het avondeten viel tegen, slechte bediening. We werden na een uur vriendelijk verzocht het pand te verlaten en de resterende wijn elders op te drinken!

Les espaces extérieurs avec piscine. Chambre grande et confortable. Le manager après prise en compte de nos plaintes a essayé de rattraper la situation en nous offrant 2 spritz à boire autour de la piscine et 1 gateau livré le soir qui malheureusement n'indiquait pas les 60 ans. Mais son empathie nous a touché car elle semblait sincère . Bel etablissement et ne pas hesitez à voir le manager si problème. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner était varié et de qualité.

Soirée avec un Anniversaire de 40 ans de 100 personnes aussi le manager de l'etablissement n'aurait pas dû prendre de réservations de particuliers. Nous avions prévu de manger sur place mais notre présence gênait dans tous les préparatifs environnants la piscine. De plus la recommandation du manager vers un restaurant à Matera ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Wine bar alors que nous devions célébré mon anniversaire de 60 ans dans un restaurant de spécialités locales. Bref un échec total. L'accueil a été déplorable, sans presentation des lieux par 1 jeune femme aux cheveux courts bruns à lunettes qui nous a littéralement expédié dans notre chambre et a disparu. Evitez cette personne et si pas possible remettez la en place car elle n'a aucun sens du service hôtelier.

Absolutely fabulous. Whole package is complete breath taking. We loved the environment, the sustainable aspect of renewed old building, the breakfast and the rooms… everything is detailed to a perfection.

Tout était très beau, propre, chambre luxueuse, déjeuner et le restaurant ouvert finalement le dimanche soir était très bon.

Lokacija je izjemna, sredi pšeničnega polja, dobrih 10 minut od Matere. Ob prihodu v "sobo" ugotoviva, da gre dejansko za apartma, kamnite stene, ki prehajajo v strop gotske oblike. Fantastično. Izjemno dobro izkoriščen in preurejen potencial starega kmečkega poslopja. Kapo dol.

Ničesar, kar bi mi ne bilo všeč ni, le avto je bil zaradi lepe, ravne, makadamske ceste prašen :))

Location, confortable, clean, pool, breakfast

There were several parties ongoing (wedding, engagement party, birthday etc..) which made it very busy and noisy (especially in the evening). Also one of the party was by the pool and as the pool is quite small, it made it unpleasant. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom to hang wet towels

Very lovely place and quiet if they don’t have events. The swimming pool very beautiful for a little swim. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast gives lots of choices. Restaurant have good local food.

I think for my point of view is missing organisations regarding the staff and I think because they are more on the events they forgot to take care of the hotel guest which is a little bit of shame because in the end the information are given are not the same when you are on the place. For my opinion should be more organised.

Located few kilometres from Matera is a perfect starting point for exploring it, if you have a car. All around Tenuta are fields, in June beautiful yellow wheat. There is a lot of small details from the past. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was spacious with big bathroom and we were lucky to have one with exit to terrace. Pool towels available. Breakfast had lots of variety of good quality, maybe only some fruits were missing. The hotel is very nicely renovated, pool area is just amazing. You can also have dinner. Big parking available.

The stay met our expectation compared to the pictures, the room was very clean and the front of the property. But something was missing for the complete atmosphere

The internet is very weak. The breakfast is very disappointing considering that they are run as a country hotel, we did not experience that at breakfast. The coffee was below average 😞

A little way out of Matera- about 15mins by car- which we liked. Lovely countryside location, spacious, smart.Fairly quiet (we stayed Mon &Tues) but probably busy at weekends for events. Very reasonably priced. Beautiful pool (although we didn't use it) and lovely dining areas and spaces outdoors for an evening drink.

Menu was the same both evenings.

When we came there was no one at the reception and we had to look. we had to wait around 15min before someone showed up and it felt like we were bothering them.

Very nice place. A farm in the middle of farming area but close to Matera. Very beautifull swimming pool and rest area. In April too cold but that will be better during the year..:-) Good small restaurant and a great breakfast. A lot of homemade pies you could choose from. You do need your own transportation.

everything was amazing, clean, near to Matera, perfect breakfast, the resort is 10/10
