Apartment is cozy, nicely furnished and sufficiently large to be comfortable over longer stay. It is positioned in the city center and all the services are accessible from here; several points of interest like Rue Sainte Catherine, Place de la Bourse are close less than 3 mins walk and many restaurants, bars and clubs are immediately accessible; it has been perfect for us that wandered across the city with intention to enjoy and discover it. In the building it is available a shared small pool and a shared small gym and it is exclusively available for the renters of the building; personnel has been nice and discrete and we found some food for breakfast at welcome. Really positive experience and super suggested

Location - Excellent location! This place was really close to restaurants, shopping and very easy access to the tram. The rooms were very spacious, each ensuite and quiet. I will say be prepared for a very firm bed and pillow. My friend loved the firm bedding and I hated it. I actually woke up sore.

1. Smell - There is a sulfur like smell that comes through from the bathrooms once in a while, for us it was one evening after a very warm day. It was very strong that evening - it actually woke me up. Not sure what that is about, but it should be sorted out. 2. Breakfast - Do not expect a warm catered breakfast. The lady literally showed us where the bread and bagged Madelines were and then showed us where the milk in the fridge was. This is not what we expected when we paid for breakfast. 3. Responsiveness - We came home one evening and all the doors were open. We sent a message to the property - as we were 2 women traveling alone and wanted to understand what happened - i.e. had they come through the property and accidentally left a door open? NO response. The only response we got was how to check out. Completely ignored the safety issue.

Location is perfect. Lots of space for 3 people or even 3 couples.

Superb location and very spacious. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was perfect.

Pool wasn't in use and smell from bathroom drains overpowering.

Location and value for money

The apartment was wonderful, prime location, very very clean, well equipped, comfortable and highly recommended!! The host, Florence, was very nice, always available for any questions we had even when checking-in after midnight.

The fact that the vacation there was over ;)
