De kamer beviel uitstekend. Zeer hygiënisch, net, top.

Het ontbijt was helaas een zware tegenvaller. Het ontbijt stond klaar. Helaas was er niemand van het personeel te zien. Geen onthaal zoals je dat bij een ontbijt in dergelijk hotel verwacht. Ik kon dus niet vragen om meer broodjes of toespijs, enz. Aangezien de andere hotel gasten al vertrokken waren van het ontbijt heb ik van die tafels extra broodjes en toespijs genomen?! Het restaurant is maandag en dinsdag gesloten wat een tegenvaller was omdat ik het hotel daarom had gekozen.

Das Gasthaus Stappen ist ein überaus gastlicher Ort. Bei meinem Aufenthalt stimmte wirklich alles! Herauszuheben ist der Service!

Fijne sfeer, prachtige kamers met balkon naar de tuin, goede voorzieningen. Ongelooflijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Patio met terras, eetzaal, en gezellige stube, keus genoeg om te verblijven en heerlijk te eten, de gastvrouw is wijnliefhebber en dat proef je! Fantastische uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Insel Hombroich.

Als wirklich einziges Minus sind die Matratzen zu nennen, die mir und meiner Frau zu hart waren.

two very minor things: 1. the HVAC could be more silent. 2. the LED lighting bar in the bathroom emits a nasty humming sound solution for both : turn off :-) otherwise, it’s heavenly quiet

Very nice spacious room, confortably fit out. Quiet and could place to work but also to have a good rest. Owners are very helpful. They suggested me a very good restaurant, near by, the day they are closed themselves. Breakfast was very good too.

Everything was perfect

I liked everything. From the communication until the room organization and cleanliness, passing through the good breakfast and quality products and towels.

This place does not deserve any negative comments. Everything was fine on my stay.

Property is clean and very modern. All in Scandinavian style with great finishing. Apartments are large and comfortable with a lot of storage space. Very nice and relaxing shower. Stuff is very attentive. We arrived late due to traffic jam, kitchen was closed but the owner still managed to serve us some delicious sandwiches with gin tonics. Our baby was sleeping in his baby crib and we could enjoy our dinner and drinks in bed or the property’s backyard as it is within the range of our baby phone and monitor. All in all we loved our first holidays as family of three. Thank you

Welcoming atmosphere, very neat rooms and excellent food in the restaurant. We felt at home straight away.

It was perfect for our trip.

Very comfortable rooms, slept very well on the comfy beds. Food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and patient with a 2 year old. Breakfast was super as well. All in all a perfect stay. Can recommend this hotel, although it is pricey but it is worth it.
