Beautiful condo with enough room to move around. Great that everyone had own bathroom. Awesome balcony, with it being an end unit we got aside view. Pool, hottub, and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach. Liked we were at the end with less traffic. Was easy to get in and out, just drive down to Pier Park. Tubs are very slippery. Need to put bathtub mats in condo bathrooms for guest to use if they want to or list it as an item they may want to bring. Had beach toys for guest to use, and 2 beach loungers were provided for this unit to use. Loved that it had washer and dryer in unit.

Tropic Winds is a beautiful condo in a great location in PCB. We could not have asked for better customer care from Riley! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate a retirement in such a beautiful and comfortable space.

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB.
The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together.
Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay.
I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done.
** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around.
All in all, excellent stay !!!

We had a great time. The balcony was everyone's favorite part. It's huge! We ate our meals out there several times. The room situation was optimal for our group. Two kings and two twins gave us plenty of space, and each room has a private bath. The only drawback is the parking arrangement. Although we had one assigned space, there is very little available in the overflow parking. If we had had more than two cars, parking would have been a big issue. As it was, we still found it difficult at times. PCB needs to get on board with Uber and Lyft. The cab service is slack.

My husband and I, with our 2 kids traveled all day and had previously booked a room at another location. The location was not suitable for our kids and frantically, we canceled our week stay with them. After long hours of driving around Panama and calling different places, I got ahold of Greta’s husband via a phone number listed online. They had a 2 or 3 bedroom available, the 2 bedroom being our best option but the 2 bedroom also being looked at, at the same time we were looking. For price reasons, and the predicament we were in, Greta and her husband cut us a deal for their 3 bedroom condo. The location was beautiful. The condo was very homey. And the hospitality and concern Greta and her husband showed us at 9:45 on a Saturday night was amazing for our family. Would definitely recommend and if ever back to Panama will stay with Greta’s condos again!

We stayed in Tropic Winds unit 701. From check in to check out everything was great. The unit was beautiful inside and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have dark shades so you can sleep in! The balcony is spectacular and has plenty of seating. Although we are not big shoppers Pier Park is very close by and has lots of fun shops and food. We would definitely stay here again.

Tropic Winds was less crowded than other condos near by and that made our stay perfect! The parking spot for this unit was right in front of the elevators and loading and unloading was a breeze! Overall we had a good vacation. The resort had some good features(close parking, close to beach, clean) the condo itself I was a little disappointed in for the price we paid for it. It was not very clean, furniture and outdoor furniture very worn. Pictures on Internet must be old. Carpet in bedroom was not clean. Blankets were not clean and piled in the floor of the closet. Also kitchen not equipped well for our individual needs( skillets Teflon scratched off in the bottom, no cookie sheet at all. Otherwise had plenty of plates etc. the few problems we had on the first night were quickly taken care of when the owner came to our room to talk to us and attempt to meet all our needs. He was very nice and offered to have the room cleaned again. His attentiveness was very much appreciated. I don't like to write negative things but for this price range I would think furnishings would be in better condition.

The condo was extremely spacious, easily accommodating me, my husband, my 2 sons and their two friends. It was very nice having 3 full bathrooms in addition to there being plenty of extra towels and bed linens/pillows. The balcony was enormous and it was nice to have access from both of the front master bedrooms. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool to spend much time on the balcony but the view was mesmerizing and sound of the waves were peaceful. The location being further west seemed to be less crowded and noisy but close enough for my sons and their friends to get to the areas of their interest. The furnishings were very nice. The sofa and living room chairs have shown some wear but were comfortable. I particularly loved the dining room set, the art work and the lovely centerpiece. The furniture in the bedrooms were very good quality wood and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was nice to have televisions in every room to accommodate different interests though the television in one of the master bedrooms intermittently had a distorted picture. The owner responded quickly to our response to check it out but it continued to be a problem intermittently. I enjoyed having the availability of the DVD and stereo to accommodate the iPod. The upscale kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, and dishes/glassware to accommodate many people. I loved their were no keys to keep up with due to keyless entry which helped facilitate easy access for everyone. Also loved having a designated parking space right in front of the elevators. We never had to wait very long for an elevator except the time there was a fire alarm which we were not aware of since there was no alarm that went off in our condo. Hopefully this is an issue that has been resolved. In summary, I would definitely recommend this condo and if I am in the area again, I would definitely like to return. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home.

We were charged close to $3,000 for a week stay, it was so dirty that we had to wash our bedding before we could sleep, the dirt and dust on the furniture was hideous! I have pictures of it all! It was dark, all the decor was dark and depressing. The furniture was beat down and old. It was just terrible. We made it very clear to the owner about our stay and our concern to have paid so much money for such a dark, old, dirty place! The owner didn't even give us a discount but offered us a cleaning fee which five months later we still have never received. Very unprofessional. would not recommend this rental group to anyone.

We really enjoyed our visit to PCB. Our room was beautiful and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Only a few items to mention, the t.v. In one of the bedrooms was broken, an additional beach chair was not provided as advertised and the parking spaces were very tight.

Tropic Winds was a very nice and quiet condo for our family. The two master bedrooms were a perfect match for two couples, and our youngest daughter had her own room as well. The beach, balcony and hot tub/pool were all enjoyable (when the rain let up that is). It was nice to be only one mile or so from the Pier as well. The only thing that could be improved would be stocking with staples such as salt/pepper, soap, and toilet paper.
