A chic, clean location, with the necessary utilities present. The host was very attentive, she gave us all the details we need in order to have a pleasant stay. There is a restaurant nearby, and the tram station (no. 22) that leads to the city center is very close. I found a public parking space right in front of the block, even though I arrived quite late in the evening.

Although it is not something disturbing, I think that in the future it would be necessary to paint the walls of the room.

Check in and out was pretty easy

Though matresses have new memory foam slim top, I could still feel the iron springs beneath…

The apartment was lovely, warm, cosy, great facilities. Very close to tram stop. I asked for directions to the apartment. Unfortunately, links don't open in the booking.com app, and so the first evening I found it hard to locate. For future guests coming from Sofia airport: Metro line 4 to Konstantin Velichkov station and then tram line 22 to ul. Osvobozhdenie. You can pay for this all onboard with contactless card.

It.was a little hard to find on first night as the link the hosts sent for not open. It was dark and rainy and I ended up a bit lost. Easy to follow directions without a link, would be perfect!

Very simple and effective communication with owners, clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Building and apartment look new and safe. Bus and tram station are in close vicinity, 1 minute walk, metro station accessible with tram or bus 5 minutes drive, or 20 minutes walk. City center is 25-30 minutes walk, but I suggest taking public transport. A big park 1 minute walk behind the apartment, a nice small restaurant 2 minutes walk, a store 10 minutes walk. Extra pillows, towels, blankets, even steam iron provided. Candies, tea and coffee served as a welcoming gift, always a nice gesture :) TV with many national and international channels.

Although I've encountered this before, and I know it can be quite often found in Bulgaria, I don't like the concept of not having shower separated from the rest of the bathroom, but it's not something to lower the score, simply something I didn't like. Wall color could use some refreshment, although nice sunny paintings almost annul that flaw :)

Lovely little studio, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is good, close to local shops and transport links. Very friendly host!
