Location. Easy check in/out process.

High floor walk up building, not easy to get up to the fifth floor. Old renovation. Old furniture. Bedroom is facing a very noisy street.

Great value for the money and central location.

Sewer odor in the bathroom.

Appartment is very big and has all necessary.

The location. its in the city center

very bad way of talking with customers and insulting. The apartment does not look as good as on the pictures. Smoke smell was in the apartment and the towels. not beneficial for people who have luggages as there are stairs that you need to take before reaching the elevator. please see attached pictures of the building from outside. all these pictures should be uploaded so the customer can decide to rent with them or not.

The communication with the owner wasn't easy, especially because we didn't have internet service available on our phones in Ukraine. Buy a sim card at the airport!! The office building in the centre does not have a sign outside, but it does have a lift. The apartment was very cold. No heating on, except in the bathroom. The linen was damp. The towels were like sandpaper. We has to buy additional toilet paper. The shower didn't work well, and the water wasn't hot. We killed a cockroach in the kitchen. There is no safe in the apartment, there is a keysafe on the wall outside, in the street.

The view and the location are very good. But it's obviously not enough and not received because of the bad hospitality.

This is NOT a 2 bedroom apartment. The facilities have only 1 bedroom and one living room with a sofa. The name has nothing to do with the facility, and the staff said that "it's bookings mistake". When we entered the facility, there was no soap, only one toilet paper and not even a teabag. In the middle of the living room there were wet towels and in a cleaning room there was wet stinking polish towel. The staff didn't want to do nothing about anything of the complaints.
