Loved the, location, the air con, the pillows., the bins, the, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the fact they had their own bedroom and could go on balcony or in kitchen It really is a fabulous place to stay! Miky was always on hand if we needed him. Car park space was close. Guys in downstairs bakery were really lovely too 😊. Great we could bring our own food and sit round a table together. The bedrooms were spacious. Never had a problem with the lifts either. Please note there is no lounge but you don't need one! MIKY also sent details of restaurants to try however there were so many of them we just dived into them. Great if you are travelling with adults or teenagers as they have their own bed and don't to share a sofa bed.

We didn't like leaving 😢. My youngest daughter aged 13 said it was the best place we had stayed so far 😊. Would be good to have a map of the area on arrival.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

It was situated quite far from the train station. We also had to walk quite a distance to reach a great variety of shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was clean. The beds were comfy. The balcony was pretty big and we surely loved to begin and round up our beautiful days sitting there. The owner was super nice. In case of needing help foodwise (opening a bottle of wine) the restaurant downstairs was happy to help. Since we travelled with heavy luggage lift was a great relieve!

The key situation was totally confusing, the colour code between the two key bundles were inconsistent which lead to us often having to try out all keys multiple times. It was not located in the centre, but near the harbour.

Very nice clean place! Nice dostance to port, next to bulding shop, bars. The owner was very nice and helpfull. We were with baby and dog and it was perfect, friendly place!

We stayed as a family in Miky’s apartment in La Spezia. The host Miky is friendly and nice, he recommended some places where to go and what to see. The apartment is spacious and has two big bedrooms with a kitchen and all needed amenities. It is situated close to the Port, from where we sailed to Cinque Terre. The city center is in walkable distance from the apartment. I recommend you to go for a dinner to Il Picchio Rosso - pizzeria just the right side from the flat, very delicious and not expensive at all!
