Sheets on single bed were too large & kept bunching up making sleep a little uncomfortable. Needs a small rug under couch as was cold on the floor. Perhaps smaller lamps in bedroom as present ones keep partner awake when I was reading. Was advertised as 400m from city centre but was far more so made walking to find food difficult.

It was a very comfortable room with great mattress and lovely couch in the room. And lovely touch with the home made cookies. Very homely vibe ❤️

Homemade cookies on arrival, and lots of sustainable touches (i.e. refillable toiletries). Bed was huge and so comfortable. Waterfront was just over the road, with food and drink places nearby.

Die Ausstattung war liebevoll zusammengestellt und sehr bequem. Die Betreiber waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen versorgt. Außerdem hatten sie tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt wie Ausflüge und Restaurants bereit für uns. Toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder!

The manager was friendly & had made an effort to make the room comfortable

First impressions were bad. The driveway & parking were dirt & looked very unattractive

This property is a modest little motel that is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail and very pleasant to stay in. Location is right in the centre of Lakes Entrance, with only a short walk/drive to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Not much to not like.

The property was very clean and looked after. All the facilities in place plus a nice touch like the cookies and the chocolates waiting for us. The ladies who run the motel are absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Owner Fiona was very welcoming and immediately aside us with a restaurant reservation nearby. Our room was very comfortable with every conceivable comfort included .... Fresh cookies, chocolates, extra face cloths and more.

Motel was in a great location and the added touches made it feel like home. Staff went out of the way to make us feel they cared cookies when we arrived and afternoon tea the next day. Even though this hotel isn't modern the added touches make it a great place to stay. My husband especially liked having a lounge to sit on to watch TV.

Price, a few more tea bags , 4 not quite enough for 2 people for overnight stay. In date products basket for selection at additional cost. There were 2 products in basket that were out f date.

A lovely warm welcome at the desk and a dinner suggestion. The room we had was exactly like the photo. The extra homely touches were appreciated, thank you for the milk and cookies.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very clean and comfortable with some fantastic touches such as biscuits made by the owners and placed in the room on arrival. On the second day another lovely gesture with some treats left for us in the room. Fantastic place and fantastic people. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Loved this place. Lots of attention to detail. The bed and particularly the bedding, was fabulous - I even looked to see where it was from. Sadly made in China but from recycled material. Best sheets I've ever slept in! Well equipped with kitchen utensils. Lovely and clean - plenty of hot water, lovely fluffy towels and appreciate the inclusion of face cloths.

Despite being advertised as having free WiFi there is no functional WiFi available. It sounded like this is a permanent problem. If you are an international traveler 95% of people will see this as essential . Therefore people should be warned of the situation

Clean and comfortable with extras to make it feel like home. Home made biscuits, snacks you could buy for on the road, coffee machine and hair drying towel were examples of extras you don’t normally see in country motels. There was a peaceful, well kept garden and pool area at the back.

Loud tv in the next room until very late at night.
