lights in the bathroom were not working…the food at the resto was pricey yet not that delicious…swimming pool was under construction and we weren’t told beforehand

That it was located close to the city center. And it was good that they had a a fan in the room and many hangers.

The rooms were very dated and did not look like in the photos. Wifi was spotty in the rooms. Staff were not always available, and we requested for laundry services that took longer than the time specified and did not even wash all out clothes.

the advertisement is really very welcoming specially to individual like me don't have experience and first time in the place.

- unfriendly staff - stinky and rusty water supply from all the faucet. - shower room / hot water is super hot and clog drainage. - Aircon is not working. no proper maintenance. transfer to other family room with 2 aircon on but still faulty not giving coldness in the room. - the room environment is very stuffy. the first family room assigned to us no exit and the next family room got exit but dirty, some rubbish waiting to be discarded. - worst place to stay in camiguin!

The room is good, and others. The only i complained is the clourine i badly sicked, you put clourine in the drainage. No opens, just my experienced.

Staff was nice. Greeting every time we met. Bath room and toilet were separated with the wall.Hot shower. In family room. Very large mirror on the wall of wash basin. It was clean.

location was much different from the one of google map. I was surprised the car picked up us at balbagon port turned to left, cause I guessed it must turn to right. Shopping area is on right side in a fact. And after turned to left. the car run for a while and arrived. It's mean the accommodation is a little far from the main road for walk. In the night, the road is dark. About our room. Poor outflow of water. And Poor outflow of hot water from the shower. It was not hot water. There was gap surrounding of a.c. So,I compraint to the staff. She showed me other several rooms. But those were same. I'd like to cancel our booking,then. But there were last one. Family loft room "F". There wasn't window face to outside. So, it's dark without lights. But anyway, waterflow or hot shower had no problem.But there were an hole on the wall of the loft. I said to her to close the hole with something.Cause a.c is ineffective if there were a hole on the wall. Or some insect enter to the room in the night. The staff close the hole and the gap surrounding a.c. with tape. We were two persons, but there were 10 beds after all.Because it was family loft room. I expected much restaurant near the resort. But disappointed. There were only few.　Accommodation is not so new compare with the picture of booking. com. About the swimming pool. I didn't use it after all. Cause much leaf were floating on the water, so I didn't feel like to swim.
