One of the most beautiful places I have ever had the opportunity to visit. Fantastic accommodation. Very helpful, caring staff. Everything clean. Beautiful views of the olive groves and the sea. The photos of the accommodation are telling and accurate. Working, fast wifi. Air conditioning and fans. Clean, spacious bathroom across the hall from the rooms. Small but fully sufficient kitchenette. Spacious rooms. Beaches within a short driving distance, both sandy and pebbly. Comfortable parking and driveway, although unpaved. Shopping at a nearby supermarket, about 15 minutes drive at Manfredonia. We would love to come back here again. Highly recommended!

Lucilla and Toni have painstakingly renovated a splendid villa, with gorgeous views to the sea over the olive trees. We stayed in the apartment on the second floor, the Romantico Attico Blu, and we loved pretty much everything about it: the interior decoration, done by Lucilla herself, with many woderful details, the layout of the apartment, the well apointed kitchen, and above all the balcony and the views - we spent most of the time there. The hosts were also well informed and great guides, we followed their recommendations for places to eat, beaches and everything else. We plan to be back as soon as we can, and can only recommend this great discovery, slightly off the beaten track and the better for it.

Charming, knowledgeable, very helpful host. Our appartment ("Belvedere") was well equipped with, a.o., washing machine, dish washer. Especially the large refrigerator plus the sufficiently sized freezer came in really handy (heat wave end of July '21). Breathtaking views from the Terrace. Good place for BBQ lovers. Manfredonia with some excellent fish restaurants is a 10 minutes drive away, I also quite liked the food market ("mercato coperto") "Mercato rionale Monticchio" there which offers good quality at low prices. The list of restaurant recommendations provided in the orientation binder of the appartment turned out to be absolutely reliable.

Cant compliment this place enough. Very rarely do you find such great combination of countryside surroundings with tastefuly decorated Interior and lovely people to run it. Location is awesome - slightly outside Manfredniona on a beautiful hill in the mids of olive oil orchards, with beautiful seaview. You are waken up by birds singing, Smell of rosemary And basil coming from The little garden outside. Very quiet And peaceful. You can tell The owner (Lucilla) is an architect with attention craft and details. The House (IL Fienile) is wonderfully furnished And fully equiped. Literally you dont need to take anything:) There is a spacious bedroom, living room, two barhrooms and massive kitchen with huge firepace. It can easily accomadate a family of 4 or two couples (one staying on couch in the living room). Supersonic internet. In front of The House, on a spacious terrace, There is dining area with big stone table under Olive trees providing shadow from the mercyless sunshine, place to grill, sit or just chill on provided sunbeds. Lemons are also available straight from trees growing in the garden. Its only 15-20 minutes drive from one of The most stunning Beaches on the eastern coast. Also 10 min drive from a supermarket. It takes one hour to get to Umbra forest. All of this is nothing compared to the owners. With Lucilla and Antonio one can feel as part of an italian family. We found fresh eggs and fruit in the morning, home made olive oil and marmolade. Antiono knows all best local suppliers of fish and mozarella and makes awesome wines. No hangover in the morning! Lucilla will cater for every need in a relaxed and happy manner. They are both super kind, friendly, hospitable but still respecting ones privacy. Perfect place for your dolce far niente. I usually dont like to go to same places twice but this one will stay on my list.

The owner Lucilla was absolutely charming and Michael was extremely helpful, he would respond to our queries at any time. Lucilla gave us very useful tips regarding sightseeing that's off beaten track and her organic olive oil was the best!!! We basically love this place and people.
