The breakfast is included, they offer desert, drinks, water bottle for free, there’s a jacuzzi, massage chairs in some rooms, amenities were good, and there’s parking avaiable

The welcome approach was bad. Everything feels bad. I receive a booking confirmation mail which states my check in time 15:00-23:00, I reached the property at 19:00 but the lady told me that I can't check in until 22:00. The booking details was very tricky, and it was so embarrassing. If I only knew I won't choose this hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Nice tub with steam room. Didn't expect a steam room Along with a message chair. Great desserts to grab on your way up to the room. Good choice of soaps to use(shampoo, body soaps)

Room is a little outdated. The wierd part is that they lock you in your room, you will need to call to leave. Yes lock you in the room. I been to many country's and lots of hotels in and around japan and this is the first time I had to make a call to leave. It's great that they offer free breakfast but the choices are not very good. Eat out instead or get something from their menu.
