The place was cleaned and well equiped with everything needed. The owner was always available for each question. It was close the center and very close to the tram station.

The location was very good - within walking distance of the train station and close to a bus stop connected to the airport. The apartment was about two minutes walk from the Marché des Capucins, and close to main shopping streets and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to self-cater. The apartment was also very quiet - we didn't hear any noise coming from the outside streets or from other residents in the apartment

My only negative comment is the bathroom door doesn't completely separate from the rest of the apartment and there is a slight gap left. There is a curtain that covers the sliding bathroom door, so there is privacy, but the door itself just doesn't completely separate from the lounge area. It's not a major problem.

Neat compact setup with everything you need available and a good amount of space. Blackout shutters mean its very dark and quiet at night which allows excellent sleep. Nice to have small outside space. Pleased to find milk in fridge so could have a cup of tea on arrival. Good location, you can be in town in minutes.

Location good, some nice restaurants nearby. Particularly enjoyed Au Bistro. Quiet because it was rear facing. No air on but an excellent ceiling fan.

Fuse in kitchen (stove and electric kettle) kept blowing (we weren’t eating in so not an issue. ) Owner informed.

the photos in the ad did not correspond to the flat - the photos are a mix of all the flats in the building and it is not clear which one one will get. apart from that all was fine.

Very good location, very close to Marché de Capucins for groceries and eateries. 20 minutes walk into heart of Bordeaux and very close to tram/bus stops to get around and to the airport. Very clean apartment and lovely terrace for having breakfast on. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning! Was about 34 degrees outside, much needed.

Keys weren't in the key safe on arrival. My booking confirmation stated satellite channels on tv. None, only terrestrial french tv. My booking confirmation stated 'Single room air conditioning for guest accommodation'. None. Unfortunately because of the exceptional heat wave this ruined the holiday.

We called, left messages, and emailed both in english and in French but could not get in contact with the host as we were unable to enter the property. We need a full refund but they have not been helpful. We had to get alternative hotel at 2am because we were unable to get in or contact anyone.

The location is good, 1min walk from the Capuchins market, and nice square with many bars and restaurants.

The apartment was a disaster - it stinked horribly due to the mold the cellar, which was supposed to be a bedroom. There were no windows in this room, and it was totally unhealthy to sleep in there. The other "bedroom" was a loft 1 m high, so it was impossible to get there if not crawling. the staircases to both rooms, were very steep and narrow. The kitchen and the toilet were on the ground floor, facing the street, so no privacy in case you want to open the windows. We decided not to complain, as the owner didn't speak any English. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Difficult to access from the train station

location pretty near the centre but sorroundings not so safe and clean. overnight expecially. moreover the house is super silent.

dirty zone. bad groups drinking in the zone. i expected to have the terrace and we had just the balcony. the photo on the confirmation letter wasn’t related to our flat, pretty misleading.

i booked a room with access to a terrace on the ground floor. but the house keeper didn’t let me use it saying the light was entering her appartement and so we should not use it and also told that the cost doesn’t cover the lights in the terrace. if that was the case I could have booked a balcony instead. what did I pay for something but couldn’t use it. and the checkout time was at 11:00 in the morning. she came and knocked on my door at 10:45 itself to see if we are prepared to leave. I had everything ready and already with the bags and as we decided to leave early. but seriously!! 11:00 means 11:00 not 10:45. I did not appreciate her knocking my door time to time. we didn’t make noise , we came to Bordeaux to just sleep , relax and enjoy. so I didn’t feel comfortable with her intrusion time to time. do that to someone who is noisy or causing disturbance to neighbors not to a family who just wants time to themselves.

The location was very central and the place was very clean and quiet. The host was very friendly.

The bed was on a mezzanine with stairs that was hard to get up and down but ok for a short stay.

The apartment was actually a studio and not an apartment! In the description it was mentioned bedroom with bed and sofa, it was not! One single space with bedroom in front of the entrance door and sofa on its left.

Perfect central location. Apartment was really clean and well placed personal touches. Breakfast was great for a quick getaway in the morning. Dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine all make sorting children out easy. Highly recommended.

Great Location, very nice room, clean and with all the needed commodities. Small Breakfast waited for us which was really nice. Close distance to the City centre.

The Area was very loud, we could hear the neighbours from Across the Street playing loud Music every night, also inside the building at night we could hear all the doors closing etc.

Nice property but they charged extra 25 euro ! Horrible
