Room size, cleanliness, the bathroom was awesome, gym was great!

Make the room a bit more cozy, a few rugs by the bed or center rugs in the room. Maybe some flowers. The room was great, just need to cozy up a bit more.

Great location: one block away from a main artery of the city, near a large shopping center, a good supermarket. It is also close to downtown, but not within walking distance of it. Good breakfast, which varies a bit each day. Nice local delicacies. Great concept of family room: two normal rooms at the end of a corridor where a part of the corridor itself is blocked and becomes part of the private area. Mostly business travellers in the hotel, meaning it is very quiet. Also a good chance of meeting celebrities (actors, sports people), pointing to this being one of the best hotels in town. Nice swimming pool.

Breakfast Room Location

It was our 5th or 6th stay at the hotel, so we're already pretty faithful. Their breakfast is particularly great, but location, staff, comfort all rate highly. We also enjoy having dinner there - the barmen make excellent caipirinhas and their codfish is very tasty!

I truly was unhappy with the fact that we wrote in our reservation that we preferred that our 2 rooms - one for my wife and me, one for my daughter and her aunt and cousin - to be on the same floor, but not next to each other. We had made the reservation a few days ahead, but no one at reservations had separated the rooms as requested. We ended up staying in adjoining rooms. That location actually had some advantages, but I'm still disappointed that our original request was not met.
