Wszystko super. Bardzo miły kontakt z gospodarzem. Willa położona w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, komfortowa i super wyposażona. Skorzystaliśmy z rad gospodarza gdzie zjeść itp. i wszystko nam pasowało. Polecamy miejsce. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy. Do zobaczenia Andreas.

Everything was wonderful. Spacious rooms, each with air conditioning. Comfortable beds and a multifunctional kitchen. The owner is friendly and cheerful. There are several places for a meal, a lot of chairs. The pool is always clean, comfortable gazebo and there is a barbecue. There are adapters for a European plug. Your own fruit garden. Everyone is happy, we recommend.

Nice and well-furnished house with 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. A total of 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Large terraces on all floors with beautiful view of the sea. Nice, large and clean private swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, orange and lemon trees. Large and fully equipped kitchen. A really nice, hospitable and helpful owner who welcomed us very warmly on arrival and handed over the key. The house is a 5-minute walk from a rocky beach with a jetty with a path down to the water. The house is close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the harbour and beach as well as the center of Aiya Napa. Nice carport. All in all a lovely and relaxing stay in lovely and sunny Cyprus.
It would be even better with a heated pool (since we were here in February) :-) Otherwise everything fine.

The house is the best you can find in Ayia Napa. You have all the facilities that you need and the best thing is the beautiful pool and terrace. We also want to say thank you to Andreas the landlord who is always there if you need him and will help you with everything you need to make you vacation as comfortable as possible.

Very nice, comfortable and fully equipped villa in the center of Aiya-Napa. Ideal for a group of friends or couple of families. Really relaxing place to stay, chill near the pool, enjoy some music and have cocktails with barbecue!
Location is ideal to go to any of the beaches, many shops and restaurants around. There are 2 parking places if you will rent quads or cars.
Andreas (the host) was exceptionally kind / helpful during all time of our stay! Great guy, you will love him, very friendly!

Andreas was a great host, the villa is way bigger than the picture shows, the pool is bigger than most hotel pools and the location was great only a 5 minute walk to the strip
