Close to the Fig Tree Bay

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It’s perfect if you bring your family to Protaras. Not to much noise from the bars, but close enough if you wanna go to bars. Mr. Maouris was very welcoming, caring and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He made us feel very welcome to a point where we felt loved. The room was clean, and it was perfect with the balcony, in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return.

Great apartment, great location. the best beaches of Protaras are within walking distance, shops, cafes, everything is very convenient. Walked around everything on foot with a 4-year-old child. But the main thing is that you stay at the house of Yiotis, a man who knows everything about these places and can tell you everything. This is the soul of this house and the whole Protaras. It was convenient and comfortable for us to relax, our studio had everything we needed, daily cleaning was a pleasant surprise. A calm and spiritual rest is what we needed, and that's what we got. We already miss that place, and we send greetings and thanks to Yiotis!!! We dream of returning!!!

I didn't like that we didn't spend much time in this beautiful place.

We purposefully searched for a place to stay in Protaras, because Protaras remains the best destination in Cyprus due to its reachness of beaches, picturesque landscape and closeness to Larnaca airport. The owner Mr. Jotis Maouris offers the best deal "price-quality" for guests. Although apartments are not new, it doesn't matter and it's worth its price. Mr. Jotis is always around and helps guests with every their needs, his hospitality was heartwarming. It was so nice of him to pick us up from the airport and not to worry about taxi. The pool is very clean, location is perfect - Fig Tree bay is a few minute walk, bus stops are also very close. Lidl grocery store is about 10 minutes walk from apartments. We enjoyed our stay and felt like at home. Special gratitude for cleanness - housekeeping was every day and included in a price, we were surprised, it was true benefit and pleasure. We'll probably come back and highly recommend Maouris apartments.

Wi-Fi was only on 1st floor, although we were on vacation and treated that like a chance to forget about Internet and have rest, maybe it needs to be improved.

The place is spacious and clean, and it has all the amenities you’d expect. The location is excellent—several beaches (photos below) are within walking distance, and the main street is only a few minutes away by foot. Yiotis is also a great host. He’s friendly, flexible, and he accommodated all our requests to ensure we had a pleasant stay. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Maouris to anyone visiting Protaras.

Maouris is a very kind and nice man, he came to the airport and picked us off, he helped us a lot during our stay in Protaras, we appreciate the appartement ,it was very clean and spacy, the pool is awesome and very clean , Every thing was perfect ,we will come back
