Great location near the main attractions, with free parking all around the building. Pietro was a wonderful host who received us at the building, and gave clear instructions on how to get there. The apartment is amazing value with 2BR, a balcony and a fully functioning kitchen with a washing machine. Lots of towels were available to us in the closet. 10/10 will look to book this apartment again on our return to Gran Canaria.

the property was clean , the facilities and pool area excellent
The noise pollution overnight was awful . The are behind the apartment was very noisy up until 7am .
Our apartment was in need of updating despite the good amenities. If the orange walls and flower curtains changed to even just white it would improve the apartment look by 100%

Everything was perfect. Host very friendly and he also provided list of restaurants in different places and things to do.
Only thing that bothered me was that the resort in close to a busy street where traffic starts at 06.00 am and you could hear it in the apartment.

Great location, clean and tidy with plenty of required utencils/crockery etc..
The bin situation on the complex can be confusing as the bins are not marked (recycling etc.) Maybe you could let people know which is which?

Super easy to get in touch with the host, he was very kind, very helpful and super fast in responding.
The accomodation was a bit poor and the kitchen was a bit outdated, empty but otherwise good price for such a great location. The whole flat could use a general renovation but nothing really bad in general.

Excellent location. Close to all amenieties and beach etc. Plenty of parking available in streets around property and easy to come and go. Great swimming pool - well maintained and clean. Good bar on site as well.
