property exactly as described. It was very clean ,well stocked and with fabulous views of the beach and sea.All the info you need for a stay in the area was provided as were bikes .The area is lovely with good restaurants, reasonably priced and good transport links to the city.The beach is just across the road and is amazing and there are beautiful walks by the sea .Joao was a super host,collected us from airport,left good selection of food and drinks for us in the apartment ,dropped us back to the airport.He truly goes above and beyond expectations.

Great location - marvellous view of beach and marina - well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. Excellent communication with host. Uber provided to airport. We loved our stay.
The approach to the building and the external aesthetics don’t match how lovely the actual apartment is. But it’s a safe and friendly area.

Everything was absolutely perfect, Joao was a great host supporting with everything (even the forgotten Easter presents for the kids), sun set was beautiful, the kids loved it

João beach house is a very nice, spacious and clean apartment. The beach house is also nicely situated, super-close to the beach and restaurants. João himself is a very thoughtful host, he tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He took care of the transportation both from and to the airport. Nothing that we needed was missing really. We especially appreciated the kitchen being stocked with basic groceries, so we didn't have to go grocery shopping when we got to the apartment.

Joao Beach House is the best place if you want to just go to the beach, walk on the shore or eat something local seafood near the flat. Joao is the best host ever! The view from the terrace is amazing, tha appartament is huge, the beds are comfortable, the fridge is full, so, perfect.

Everything was perfect. the apartment is literally next to the beach and you can walk there in 2 minuites. the aprtment is big enough for 3 to 4 people, and for us we are a family with a small kids, and there is more than enough space for us. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and Joao also provided some reserves like water, wite wine etc. in the fridge. within 5 minutes walk there are at least 10 to 15 different restaurants and we tried probably 8 of them, and all of them are good, and the portion is huge here. Joao is so far the best host I ever met and he picked us up form the airport and then even drove us to the supermarket after we got into the apartment. He is always happy to help with anything we need,and even booked the covid test for us. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone I know.
