Good price-performance ratio. Close to restaurants at the harbour, the metro and the beach

The rooms were very clean and the hotel looks totally different in the inside than from the outside. Rooms are modern and quite spacious.

The reception could have a person who can maybe talk a little English or spanish. We were two families travelling there for a dance competition, when we got there our bookings did not get looked at so we were given keys to our rooms, I was staying a few days longer on my own, but the receptionist overlooked that and gave us a room that I after found out had been booked to another family whilst I was still there. Although I was moved to another room, I only found out when I got to the hotel in the evening that my belongings had been collected and moved without my being present or without my consent. I had been given the key to that room and as far as I was concerned that was the room I had paid for for the whole of my stay. Other than that the stay was good, but I found the receptionist to be less than understanding or helpful because she just didn't want to admit she had not done her job right and overlooked the length of my stay before handing the keys to our rooms.

very good location in a very authentic part of Matosinhos. the room was cleaned every day and was impeccably clean. internet was very fast, excellent signal, I managed to work and be on videocalls with no issues

they don’t speak English which makes communication a struggle, there’s no hairdryer in the room (there is one in the whole pension and you have to ask at reception and take it back after using it), no breakfast option onsite, very noisy guests

That I dont speak Portuguese and couldn't communicate with the owner as I would have liked! She seemed a lovely person - someone I would want to know!

Location is great. Near to the beach. Very clean and comfortable.

The woman in the reception didn’t speak English so it could be difficult for people who doesn’t speak Portuguese.

The bathroom was a little small, but it didn’t bother me really much!

The bed is pretty comfortable and room was nice designed. Our plane lended at 23 PM, we arrived in the hotel around midnight and we didn't have any problems with chech in. The hotel staff is very nice.

The walls were very thin. You can hear every footstep, every laugh from other people. And the door bell was very anoying, when someone press the ring you can hear it over all the hotel!

Breakfast very good. The host is a nice woman. The rooms are clean.

Hot Shower, everything seems new but also sometimes unfinished (or quickly built). Good for a short stay, close to restaurants, metro etc. Just stayed one night, without using any common area.

Small room and small bathroom. Staff didn't speak any English or understand it.
