I do not like to write negative comments. But I think people should know what they are paying for. The apartments are located in Isrotel Tower. The building was built in the late 90's. Accordingly, all the equipment is already old enough. In 185 apartments the water was switched off in the evening due to leaks on 17-19 floors. As an alternative, I was given the keys to the apartment to which I had to go by taxi. When the water was turned on in the morning, the water from our bathroom began to flood the bottom floor through the pipes. In the evening we were moved to 193 apartments. The room is huge, the sea view is amazing. Everything in the room is no longer new and what surprised me most was the cockroach (1) on the 19th floor. And there was no hot water. So in three days and $ 800 I managed to take a shower once and spend a bunch of nerves to solve household issues and to move. If you repair the plumbing, then everything will be fine.
