Banyan Breeze es una lujosa casa de vacaciones de 3 pisos en la costa del Golfo en la exclusiva playa de Banyan. Está cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y el puerto deportivo en Port A. La playa está a solo unos pasos de nuestro paseo privado y la piscina está justo al lado. La casa tiene 3 pisos grandes, 4 espaciosas suites King master en suite, 3550 pies cuadrados totales y está equipada para alojar hasta 18 huéspedes para que tenga mucho espacio para múltiples familias, reuniones familiares o grandes grupos de grandes amigos. Esta casa de playa cuenta con 8 televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición, internet inalámbrico, 2 reproductores de DVD y estéreo de sonido envolvente. Great location. Property is well stocked and clean. Living area and kitchen is very spacious and perfect for a large group. Worked great for a group of families with teens as far as sleeping accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent here again.

We stayed June 5-8, 2023. Loved everything from the house layout, decorations, linens and convenience to the beach and downtown. Very impressed with the cleanliness of such a large place! Thanks and hope to see you again next year!

We had an awesome 3 day stay. There are 15 of us varying in age from 10 to 77 and everyone had their own space (to include bathrooms). The 3rd floor living and kitchen area was ideal for our meals and games. We hope to stay here again!

This home is beautifully appointed, yet casual and comfortable. It's not easy finding a home to accommodate 6 couples, close to the beach in town, with large gathering spaces indoors and out, and an elevator (which was a must), at a reasonable price. This home checked off almost all the boxes. We loved everything about this home. We rented through Port A Escapes and found them to be professional,friendly and helpful.

The place was very nice. However, the last night the AC on second floor stopped working, but was fixed before all went to bed. One of the toilets on second floor was broke but we managed without calling anyone. No extra garbage bags so bring your own.

Problems we encounter is we only had 10 towels for 16 people for 4 nights! Then, the washer quit working and no one came to fix it. Bring your own towels!! In the kitchen there is no space to store food. There are way more cups and plates than needed so no space for storage. Also, we found one little dish towel under the sink on the last day so bring your own dish towels and hot pads. The frying pans are in poor condition so bring your own. They have every other pot you need plus crock pots, 3 coffee pots and every other gadget you need! Plan to clean out the grill because it was dirty when we used it.
Overall, I would recommend it just know what you need to bring. I would highly recommend it!

If you care about AC, Wi-Fi or watching the “Big Game”, don’t stay here. House was extremely warm causing most of our party of 16 to lose sleep the first night. Dish Satellite didn’t work on any of the TVs. We called property management who responded quickly. They called the owner who said we were doing something wrong and that he was in Canada so don’t bother him about it. Wi-fi signal really doesn’t exist. We ignored a negative review and reserved anyway. For almost $2,800 for a two night stay, definitely NOT WORTH IT!!!!

There were so many areas where people could sit and talk or play games or watch tv. Kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, glasses, pots, and pans you could ever need. Potential areas for improvement: The house sleeps eighteen, but the only refrigerator is not very large. We had a lot of food to feed 9 people for three days and it was hard to refrigerate everything. Also the toilet paper was thin and like sandpaper. The tv on the top floor would not work. It would turn on and show the direct TV guide but once u selected any program it would not play.

We got there to check in on Sunday at 5:45, I called and got the key info knowing we be checking in after hours.
The place has not been clean- dirty sheets still on bed, dirty dishes in am dishwasher and all towels were dirty on floor. I called the office and left a message and called the after hours line-They told me someone would be there as soon as possible. We ended up staying up into 2am to wash all sheets, towels so we could sleep that night. No one called me the next day so I called the office back at 9:30 and talked to the receptionist. She has Sara Evans call me back and was he was super nice. She did yell me that we would be offered a discount - I have not heard anything else about that

Great for families, be aware of layout for noise
This house was great for our extended family. It had an elevator which was great for a few family members with mobility issues. The main gathering/eating area is on the third floor which gives an amazing view, but also caused a lot of noise issues for us as we had young kids that woke up early in the morning and had to take naps. (Anyone moving on the top floor would make noise that could be heard throughout the house) I imagine this is probably a pretty common layout just hadn’t been something I’d considered.
We loved all the individual bathrooms for each room, the quality laundry machines, and a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable!
