The location is great, nice and clean, and access to the beach very easy. Great value for money,

The only problem is that there's no wifi in the apartments. It's ot vey useful to be only able to access wifi around the pool.

Pool was right outside our windows. Beach was short walk or you could catch a free tram.

I really enjoyed my holidays there everything about them is perfect. I feel like staying there for months, very comfortable and lovely place to be and with a very comfortable place for kids to play, the staffs are friendly and kind especially Nicole

The people working there are very friendly and helpful.

We didn't like that the pool was closed between 13:00 and 15:00. There was no cleaning at noon and we did not understand why the pool was closed. The check out was not really organized. We received instructions to wait for an employee who will come to get the key, but nobody came. They explicitly stated that only some particular Vilas (Olmi was not among them) are supposed to bring the key to the agency, but in the end we gave the key to someone from the agency because it was the only possibility.

Swimmingpool is good,territory and balkony and view ftom it. We like your parking place under the ground. Also it is not far from the beach.

There is no Wi Fi in our appartment. It is pity that we should rent the bedding. We dont like sand in our beds so you should wash beds better.

No towels/ linen/ cleaning tools Check in process is a nightmare - took us 1,5 hours to check in - address where you collect keys is wrong, if you miss a road sign in the city, it’s almost impossible to figure out which office exactly you should go. Lots of ants

Location and the pool are very good! Having a dedicated parking place is very useful.

Room where we stayed was not very clean, we had to clean it to have comfortable stay. Corridors were also not that clean.

We booked "Olmi", but we got an appartment in Tigli -they are like "twins" (similar buildings, pool). Tigli is more close to the beach and local supermarket, pizzeria. Pool and garden: very nice, big enough, temperature of water: perfect, depth of water: perfect (for our 12years old son too). Aliper hypermarket is 3-4mins drive; there is everything you need. Gates: easily can be opened with a code. Caorle-Altanea is like a small village with separated "appartment-complexes"; downtown of Caorle is 6 kms.

These are just small things; we were satisfied with this accommodation. Agency: very crowded / nearly impossible to find parking place around it; they forgot to tell us not to go to Olmi... go to Tigli instead. You need to bring/buy: toilet paper, soap, detergent, sponge, towels, bedsheets/bedcovers (you can rent this). Cleaning was not perfect, but we did it when arrived (and you need to do it before you leave). Fridge: very loud for those, who use the sofa downstairs for sleeping (upstairs: 1 double and 1 single bed in a room). Prices: very high in pizzerias, beach bars, also in the local supermarket (next to the agency).
