The hotel is two minutes from the main square with all the nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Rooms are quiet and the best thing in this hotel for me was the rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served with a view over the cities and where you can close your day quite nicely.

No daylight in the rooms, windows go out to a light well. Other than that it is a great location.

The room was very nice and looked like brand new construction.

The location was good but directly in front of a nightclub with music blaring for hours every night. Also, the room had a problem with hot water so I had to call every day about that.

One of the best locations in Tarapoto, right next to the bars and restaurants. Really friendly staff and the room and bathrooms were great, especially the shower (which you need if you are going to go trekking). Also we had a nice balcony view of the city during breakfast.

It is just like any other hotel in the world, and there was nothing special tying the hotel to the region. Breakfast was surprisingly basic, especially compared to what other hotels were offering. Also, the building design was a bit poor with our room window connecting to an open space where we could here (and disgustingly see) another guest in the bathroom.

Loved the terrace, it has a great view. The staff were super kind and friendly.

Good location and good clean facilities with air conditioning and hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the tour that was arranged. Some good restuarants and bars nearby. Good value for money for a one night stay
