The staff people are vwry friendly.

It is very noisy for the late night music and people around the pool. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable and it isn’t completely clean. It’s a very rustic hotel, good for people who want to live the jungle experience. Breakfast doesn’t have options but coffee is really good thanks to the local production. If you are looking for a place to rest, this is not your best option. But, if you want to party and enjoy the pool, this is a perfect fit.

Amazing place, the staff has a great culture regarding customer service. They also take care of their nice swimming pool; I booked a room with a spectacular view of the Amazon Rainforest. It would be the perfect place if you were to look for a quiet accommodation, since it's surrounded by the communities of Tarapoto. In sum, this is a hotel that offers you, a nice atmosphere both physically an ideally.

not the best breakfast and the place is open for people who are not a hotel guests, so that you can expect crowds of people at the pool, which is a bit annoying, crowdy and noisy.
