Everything there is to like. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. I have stayed twice and both stays were super comfortable, very clean rooms and facilities. Location is excellent to beach, shopping, food, walking distance to everywhere. Roof top pool is amazing.

The location is almost perfect, the staff are very friendly, the food is good and good value, the room is a very good size and although overlooking the street, it was very quiet because of the glass partitions. The hotel facilities are good, I think the pool is too shallow and the areas around it lack shade.

Just the pool area, please see comments above. I also think the breakfast could have been slightly cheaper maybe around 10,000 each as paying guests, including coffee.

That we had to change rooms 3 times because they decided to paint our balcony & surrounds without any notice . The hotel was fully booked , so they had to move us around to fit us in. We were there only 5 days.

The location of the hotel is good, its a two minute walk to Legian Beach. The team at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were great value for money. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and enjoyed the size of the rooms and the furnishings were tasteful to create a relaxing environment. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable so we were able to have a good rest. We liked having an extra toilet available, attached to the living room. it was also convenient to have unlimited drinking water available in the room.

I think this property wants to present itself as high end, however it falls short on delivery. You notice small things where costs have been minimized, that impact the guest experience, for example, the rooms were large however there was only one downlight in each room, so it feels dark and insufficiently lit. There were a couple of lamps however there really should be more than one downlight in rooms that size, or a lot more lamps available as an alternative. Also at the price point I paid, I would expect there to be a box of tissues available and a coffee machine or better quality coffee available than Nescafe instant sachets. We enjoyed the size of the living area however the aircon outlet smelled mouldy and was dripping water. On checkout, I was asked to pay for a hand towel that went missing, I believe I picked one up and used it in the separate toilet and placed it down elsewhere in the living area or the main bathroom. I was asked to pat 45,000 rp to replace the towel. I paid the hotel 100,000rp and requested they keep the change. This is the first time in around 30 years of staying in hotels that I've been asked to pay for what I consider to be an insignificant item. I would understand if it was an item of a higher value, however the towels in the room didn't appear to be new, so I believe it would be more appropriate if the payment was not requested. It made me feel very uncomfortable as there is no way I removed a well used hand towel from the room. Our next hotel was Mamaka - and trust me, they know how to treat guests to make them feel welcomed, special and like nothing is too much trouble.
