The room was spacious, the place was clean and as seen on the pictures. The service from the light skinned lady who checked us in was beautiful thank you even though we didn't get your name.

The rooms need to be equipped with bar fridges at least if not the long normal fridge. The other light skinned short lady needs to have a smile and give guests exceptional hospitality. I used to work in 3 and 5 star hotels. As an employee we go an extra mile to accommodate guest, even if it means they ask me to take pictures of them.

Even though it was not the room that I booked,the one we where in was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful,

The room that I booked was the one with balcony but instead of that, I was given the room on the ground floor without explanation.
