Personale preparato e molto accogliente. Comodo parcheggio interno. Qualità prezzo ottima. Posizione strategica .

Camere poco insonorizzata, abbiamo sentito ogni sorta di rumore provenire dalla stanza accanto.

Mi sono recato in questo alloggio in quanto nei pressi dell'Ospedale San Luigi di Orbassano per impegni universitari. La stanza, che in un primo momento si presentava ordinata, ha oltrepassato le mie aspettative quando ho gettato un fazzoletto nel cestino e per mio stupore ho osservato la sorpresa che mi era stata riservata (un preservativo aperto e usato come allego in foto). Se questa è stata l'attenzione alla pulizia, non oso immaginare in che stato fosse il resto della camera. Fortunatamente ci ho solo dormito. Se non fosse stato che non avevo alternative me ne sarei andato immediatamente. Mai più.

The lovely receptionists were really helpful, our room and the facility in general was always very clean.

We loved every single moment of our stay and didn't face anything that we didn't like.

The hotel owners were very friendly, they helped us a lot through the stay. The rooms were nice, Cosy and spacious. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and feel the winter breeze . It’s overall a perfect stay!

the room was clean

it is a 30 minute car ride to the center and 30euro cab drive. there is only one lady running the hotel and she comes and goes so there is nobody in the reception, had to wait 15 minutes outside the hotel gates just to get in. once you have a room key you have to go pass 2 other electric systems with a long code that doesnt always work just to get in, not friendly or helpful. the checkin is only from 17:30 which is not convenient and checkout until 10:00. lady doesn’t know english so it was hard to communicate and wasnt helpful.

All the room was cleaning perfectly. The only exception was area under the bed where was a lot of dust.

Very nice and very clean room with nice touches (breakfast left the night before in the room as we were leaving very early) and well maintained! Good recommendations to eat out.

Our host could have been a little friendlier in both her oral and written communication. It would have been nice to have a clear explanation of the documents we were signing (use of personal data). It was in Italian and it seemed that she couldn’t clearly explain to us what it was for and the document was hardly legible (print quality)

Pricy for the location, you can hear ever noise in the neighbouring rooms.
