Such an amazing experience. This home is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully prepared for maximum comfort. The location is unbelievable! Close to town yet tons of roaming room. We will be back for sure.

Traveling to be with family, especially adding young children can present all sorts of surprises and challenges. Your home was kid friendly and so well equipped. It was easy to cook, spread out and have group time or quiet time. With the snowy backyard, the kids (all ages!) loved sledding! Thank you for sharing your home!

Thank you for a great stay. Communication was easy and clear. The house is as described and was a wonderful place for my family. It in a convenient location to downtown Ketchum and the ski resort. It backs to a beautiful mountain in Elkhorn where my kids enjoyed sledding. I highly recommend the house.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The house accommodated a large group and is well maintained. The views in the back are beautiful and enjoying the fire pit in the evening was amazing. It had everything we needed and the owner was very prompt in answering questions and concerns.

The home is in a beautiful location in Sun Valley. It backs up to open space which we really enjoyed. The rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of seating for larger groups. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly when I had a question. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The house and property was beautiful and comfortable for a ski-cation. We wish we would have brought our touring gear as we watched others ski up the mountain behind the house and ski down. The house was well stocked with the necessities and a little extra. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is truly outstanding. Perfect location in a small, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Ketchum. Home is very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. kitchen is loaded with high quality cooking tools, so stocking the fridge and cooking is easy. Manager was friendly and responsive. Garage is filled with bikes and other outdoor activity equipment for use by the renter. Truly and A+ property... will rent again!

My family had a great reunion here. Great layout and amenities to have an enjoyable vacation. Very peaceful and room to explore the area. The owners were open and communicable. Highly recommend!

Nice house in good area for getting around: close to Ketchum, River Run ski lifts. Good for six adults (plus kids, too, if you have them). Beds comfortable, hot water is hot, kitchen is good with lots of cooking equipment, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, etc.

We spent 3 nights in this home. There were 11 of us. We were very comfortable. The home was well stocked and in great shape. An extra 1/2 bath would have been perfect but we managed. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

We would definitely stay here again! This property is in a great location- only about 5 mins from the Sun Valley ski resort. It was very clean! The bedrooms are large with lots of space to put all your gear. All bedrooms have down comforters and down pillows! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes/pot and pans for any cooking needs. It handled our large family very well. We also enjoyed having access to the hot tub! Any questions we had were quickly answered. We definitely recommend this property!

We had a lovely time staying at the Sunrise Cottage in Sun Valley -- the house is just as described, clean, well-appointed, everything in perfect condition, the house was perfect for our family group with everything we needed right there, and the house is in a great location, it's so close to so many activities, to the town, to restaurants. Also, Oleg is the perfect host -- he's super responsive and helpful with any questions, etc., and everything worked out really well. Would certainly recommend and hope we can return again for another visit!

Our family ( with 2 kids ) and friends with their 3 kids - had a fantastic week at the Sunrise Cottage in Sun Valley. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean and well maintained. Great views of the mountains, especially from the living room and upstairs bedroom. Located on very peaceful and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, top notch appliances/ washer/dryer/ and very comfortable beds ( with soft and comfy bedding). Quick drive (4 min) to either Dollar or Bald Mountains (or take a shuttle), just a 6-7 min drive to Ketchum - with its small town charm, nice restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Owners - very helpful, nice and honest, provided fantastic service and made great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We cant wait to come back in the summer and hope to be back next winter.
